Lovely Designer beach loft apt. Located in one of the most popular beaches in PR. El alambique is a preferred beach spot for people of all ages. We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults only. no children under 13 years allowed.

Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.
