Beach house holiday rentals in Isla Verde

This home was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect for every event we had planned.

This was a beautiful home in a walkable location with good parking. Be prepared for the busy streets, but there is little traffic. Also, this location is in the middle of everything; it’s not far from the beach, club, or restaurant.

The house is closed to everything. Literally in the middle of old San Juan. Allison and Steven were very attentive. The AC, hot water, the smell of the house and all was 10/10.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

We had a great stay. This is a very happening place with tons of local bars and restaurants, so as the listing said, expect some night noise (we brought ear plugs, and slept like babies). We had a lot of good food in the area. The house itself is spacious and clean, the sweet cat who visits the yard is a very friendly girl who won't say no to some meat if you have leftovers!

Host was very responsive. Had an issue with one of AC units in the room, and he had a tech at the house within hours. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you!

This Airbnb was everything we needed for our vacation! The location is conveniently placed near anything you need, we walked to most places with no problems. Close to the beach but their pool is also warm! Bigger than I thought it would be. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious. As a bonus Sara was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Looks exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need. We had no issues during our stay and Gigi & Ted were very proactive checking in with us. They were able to accommodate an earlier check in time as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay blew my expectations. I especially appreciated the hospitality in the small details met (which were not at all required). From beach towels to seasonings to out door tanning/sunscreen/bug spray and even the bar accessories. The house is beautiful and spacious. The location is incredible as well. Truly a 10/10

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

I am delighted to have rented this beautiful home, which truly felt like my own. The white shiny floors and comfortable beds were particularly noteworthy. The neighborhood was remarkably peaceful and quiet, and we felt entirely secure coming and going. I do wish that beach towels had been provided, as we had to make an additional stop to procure them, ultimately leaving them behind. The addition of a washer and dryer would have been a welcome amenity, allowing us to launder wet towels and bathing suits, although our host was kind enough to provide this service for us. I firmly believe that these essentials are of paramount importance, especially when visiting a tropical island. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay.

So lovely. So close to everything in old San Juan, we walked everywhere! The house was very comfortable and the patio beautiful. I spent lots of time in the tub! Would definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing rental. So much personality and amenities to match! I’ve never before had all the kitchen equipment I needed. And it was wonderful to have the beach chairs, towels, coolers, and pool floats. We enjoyed the location and ability to walk to the beach and great restaurants, plus quick Uber everywhere else. Everyone in our party of 3 couples loved it and had a wonderful time. Definitely hope to come back sometime.

Marco’s place is truly a gem—both the home and the host. The space itself is incredibly unique, with thoughtful design touches that give it character and charm. It’s tucked into an area that strikes the perfect balance: close enough to walk to great restaurants, bars, and the beach, but far enough removed that it doesn’t feel overrun with tourists. What really made the stay special, though, was Marco. From the moment we booked, he was communicative, helpful, and warm. He sent us curated local recommendations that ended up shaping some of the best parts of our trip, checked in regularly without being overbearing, and even offered us a late checkout. Easily the most attentive and generous Airbnb host I’ve ever had. If you’re considering this place—book it. Between the location, the uniqueness of the space, and Marco’s hospitality, it’s the full package.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish! This house was super cute and truly perfect for our bachelorette party, made even better by the fact that it was already decorated so beautifully. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable trip. We particularly loved the prime location: not only was it a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach, but being in a gated community added a sense of security. A huge bonus was how responsive and helpful our host was; they answered all our questions right away, making our experience completely seamless. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Luigi’s. There were eight of us and we had plenty of space. The house was extremely clean, came with every amenity you can think of, and was walkable to many stores and restaurants. Luigi was extremely helpful, checked in on us many times and even sent out an air technician within 5 minutes of us letting him know the AC was not working in one of the rooms. He was a great host and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to visit San Juan!!!
