Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Islands

Die Kommunikation mit Electra war super. Nachdem wir ihr gesagt haben, wann wir ankommen, hat sie uns an der Straße in Empfang genommen und zum Haus begleitet. Dort hat sie uns alle Räumlichkeiten gezeigt, zudem gab’s ein Gastgeschenk. Sie hat uns nützliche Informationen zur Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben. Elektra ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher und liebevoller Vermieter. Das Haus selbst war sauber und die Betten komfortabel. Von der Dachterrasse konnte man das Meer erblicken. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen🙂

Konstantinos’s place is perfect. The location is beautiful and only a short drive to some of best beaches we have ever been to. The pool is so lovely and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. I have never had a shower with such a good view! I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend to anyone.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

This place was an amazing place to stay, the views are the best views you can get if you want a wonderful sunset. I would highly recommend staying here. The beds were comfortable, and the host is very kind. They also were thoughtful with setting out and providing the toiletries and left a little snack in the fridge with homemade products. I would absolutely recommend staying here

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, um Freunde in Karystos zu besuchen. Es war alles prima. Ein wunderschöner Strand am Fuß des Berges, nach Karystos rund sieben Minuten mit dem Auto, das für Euböa erforderlich ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Lage sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir würden es demnächst wieder buchen wollen. :-)

Simply mind-blowing. This is what we were looking for for the past weeks and we just stumbled upon by accident. I am very glad we did. Quiet, small but actually spacious and a whole private beach for yourself! What else do you need? We cooked every day for ourselves, watched the stars and satellites at night, woke up with the best view you can get. It is far away from big city lights so you can even see different planets if you pay attention. We also had a small earthquake on our first night but house was very sturdy. All amenities you need are there for the kitchen from toaster to coffee machine, electric barbecue to electric squeezer for your lemonades. You can rent a bike in the city from Spiros’ shop for a very decent price and visit neighboring towns. Akrata train station is less than 10 mins by car and around 15 mins by bike. Everything you need, you will find it there. Thank you Georgia for everything, we will definitely be back.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het huis. Heel rustig en privé. Alles was zoals beschreven en en uitzicht is geweldig. Het kleine zwembad is heerlijk om af te koelen. Maria is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw!

We had the BEST time ever staying here! Stamatis went above and beyond—he picked us up from the airport, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was amaaaazing with so many thoughtful amenities, plus fresh fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, and shops. We felt so well taken care of and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Milos. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement en bord de mer. La terrasse est parfaite et permet de profiter de la vue sur le mont de Monemvasia. La vieille ville est disponible à pied ou en voiture à 5min. Nous faisons le tour de la Grèce et c’est vraiment un logement coup de cœur que l’on recommande sans hésiter. Eleni est adorable et nous avions même des petites attentions à notre arrivée (oranges dans le frigo qui nous ont permis de faire de délicieux jus frais). Le hamac en terrasse est génial. La fenêtre au dessus du lit dispose de volet mais pas les autres. Nous avons en plus bénéficié d’une arrivée prématurée nous permettant de profiter d’autant plus de la vieille ville.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

Es war so schön dort! Die perfekte Kombination aus Strand, Meer und Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand direkt vor der Nase, aber gleichzeitig kann man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß laufen und durch die vielen Touri Shops bummeln. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Cafes und Strandbars sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist sauber und man kann schön ins Wasser gehen. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ich habe gesehen dass es auch eine super Busanbindung gibt. Zudem war Georgios super nett. Ohne Nachfragen hat er uns so viele Tipps für die Umgebung geschickt, die echt hilfreich waren. Sonntags gab es leider wegen starkem Wind Sahara Staub der mit einer Regenschauer runterkam und die tolle Terasse war komplett braun und nicht mehr nutzbar. Wir haben Georgios angeschrieben und er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da um die Terasse wieder sauber zu machen. Einfach ein riesiges Dankeschön für alles, es war ein toller Urlaub:)

Wir würden herzlich von Eleni begrüßt und verbrachten eine Nacht dort. Die Ausstattung war super und bis ins kleinste Detail. Kaffee, Tee, Duschgel, einfach an alles gedacht. Parkplätze waren auch immer verfügbar und nebenan liegt ein kleiner Laden. Immer wieder gerne!

Loved our stay! Place was clean, view were gorgeous and the bathroom was cool in that you could see out into the ocean while showering but people couldn't see in. Host was flexible and helpful! Would stay again. PS dont be alarmed going into a rental car place to check into the Airbnb. The Airbnb itself is not directly above and was quiet and peaceful for our stay.

This place was a highlight in our time in Greece. Not only was the property absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, but the hosts went really above and beyond for every element of our stay. We asked about how to get around and they offered to organise a car, which they then had delivered to us, at a discount, within half an hour. Then when we celebrated my birthday during the stay, Katerina showed up with a surprise birthday gift including wine. Both Katerina and Markos were super friendly and accessible, and Katerina knew the area in detail and gave lots of great personalised recommendations of where we could eat when I told her I was vegan. The room was made up daily with fresh sheets and towels and the entire stay was five-star hotel-level. My partner and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Honestly, do not go to Mykonos without staying here.

Stayed over for three nights. Very good central location. House and amenities as described, clean and cozy. Felt right at home. Hostess always available, kind and helpful. Highly recomened!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

There are not enough stars to rate this experience. 100/10 the best air bnb experience we’ve ever had. The apartment is perfect in every way, the views are breathtaking, but above all, the hospitality from the host was unbeatable. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience. They were helpful with transportation, provided the best recommendations for all things, and were truly just the nicest people. We will be dreaming of this place and hope to be back someday.

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

My stay was fantastic, The place was very easy to find from just a quick bus ride from the airport. The room was spotless, and all amenities were clean and in great condition. The host went above and beyond, providing fresh fruits and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. His messages were friendly, helpful, and he responded to messages very fast. The place is close to good restaurants and souvenir shops, and literally a 2 min stroll from the beautiful beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better host to make my holiday a success 👍 Highly recommend this place for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

Prefect location. Walkable to all sights and attractions. Streets are busy but like any large city it is the best and easiest way to get around. The apartment was amazing. Balcony pictures on listing do not do any justice to standing outside or in jacuzzi. Tax and yannis were extremely Helpful assisting with rides to and from the port/airport as well as tons of local recommendations!
