Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Islay

had a great stay. I'm over on Islay every 6 months and have done this for the past 12 years and this has to be the best accommodation I've stayed in. I've stayed in the Machrie, harbour inn and various other airbnb. but this property is head and shoulders above the rest.

We were delighted with everything about Ardnave cottage! The location in port Charlotte was perfect for the local amenities (beach, hotels and spar), the house itself was cosy and comfortable with lots of nice touches including a well equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. We had great weather and loved being able to hang out washing out on the clothes line in the garden!! We would love to stay at Ardnave cottage again and would recommend this to anyone visiting Islay!

The Bothy is a magical little place with a cosy atmosphere. It is on the quieter side of the island and a car is essential but is well worth staying there as you get the benefits of the amazing scenery as you travel round . We would highly recommend staying here , and jules communicated with us well , even letting us get into the accommodation early .

Although my stay was for work, it's made more palatable with great accomodation. Comfortable, quiet, warm, clean, well equipped & a great location to tour Islay. Comfy bed & well equipped kitchen. Outside parking is great ( tho the universal law for parking wherever you want during school times never ceases to anaze me as people parked left, right & indeed centre (right in front of the step's to the apartment)) My only minor point would be the TV is rather small & antiquated, especially for the size of the living room. The TV remote was a tad temperamental. The host is superb & I wouldn't think twice about booking again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. The place was spotless, quiet & peaceful. Made for a great base from which to explore Islay, being very centrally located.

This is a great place, and we had a great stay. The location is very convenient to visit distilleries and to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It is also right next door to an amazing whisky bar for a quick nightcap. We love Campbeltown, and Donna has a great place to stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful in a very quiet area. The photos don't do it justice, the living room and kitchen are very large with tall windows allowing in the light and is lovely being able to view Tarbert Harbour. The house is clean and well equipped. Would stay again.

Beautiful location with easy access to golf, swimming and the village. Absolutely fantastic!

As an extremely picky traveler, I HIGHLY recommend The Cheese Loft. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area, it’s clean & quiet, Ewan and Leslie could not be more friendly and accommodating, and their 2 dogs and cat are the sweetest pets ever. To top it all off, Dunnad Fort is literally next door, offering stunning 360 views of the landscape. I felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Fresh eggs from their chickens was an added bonus!

What a wonderful place. I have been coming to the island since I was a boy and this was the first year I could bring my own child to enjoy the most magical place. The house is perfect. A stunning location, clean, warm and spacious. We had a wonderful week and made some truly special memories. We will return!

Charming home oozing with history and character. The comfortable furnishings made for a cozy stay, and we loved the authentic touches throughout. Watching the lambs graze around the property was such a delightful experience—truly a peaceful and picturesque retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a charming, rural setting with a touch of history.

We loved our week at Simon’s place. Beautiful, peaceful and lots of lovely places and beaches to visit. Seals and dolphins passed by. Loved the kayaks. House was warm and comfortable with great facilities. We hope to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Gigha, beautiful beaches, great cycling, lots of wildlife and friendly community. It’s a special Island to make lots of memories. Kate’s house is ideally located near the local store, cafe & restaurant & easy access to the whole of the island. Fernbank is a wonderful, comfortable house, situated on a quiet street lined with old stone mansions. The views of the harbor are superb. The furnishings are colorful and imaginative, with a retro 70s feel. The many luxurious touches reflect the fact that this is Michelle’s real house, which she lives in half the year. All four of us, golfers from the United States, loved it.
