Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a pet fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Beautiful, newly renovated home on lake Champlain. There are hardwood floors throughout the living area as well as natural stone tile in the kitchen and bathroom. At the front of the house, there is a large four season enclosed porch. The access to the lake is via a steep gravel ramp. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Come enjoy stunning views of Isle Lamotte and Lake Champlain sunsets from your private enclosed porch!
