Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Isle of Anglesey

Marie is a great host. she was very helpful and informative about the area. the house was all we could have wished for. it was spacious over 3 levels. we loved our view of the sea and noats from our bedroom window. it was well equipped with, had brochures and menus to browse and games for adults and children. our favourite spot was the open kitchen with lounge and diner nook. Will definitely try go back. the staff at Swellies and the pub were very helpful and friendly and the food was tasty. Mandy

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farm. We had a very friendly and warm welcome from the owners and dogs. Our children loved the animals and loved Nell the dog 😀 The cottage was cosy and comfortable in a peacful location but not too far to drive to nearby ammenities.

Fantastic place to stay just a very short walk to a gently shelving beach and a short walk into the centre of town , the house itself is a great family /couples place to stay with a lovely feel to it , big dinning kitchen(with an island in)which via doors flows into the front room with both rooms having sliding doors onto a lovely patio(sun all day)and nice sized private and safe(for young kids)garden…then you have 5 good sized bedrooms(2 really big ones with en suite)with a family bathroom and downstairs toilet…you are left wanting for nothing in the house everything is thought of and well laid out , all in all a great place to stay highly recommended

from when booking months before to meeting her on the the first day, it was a great experience. We have 1 year old and a dog (golden retriever) so a very busy place where ever we go together ha! the place was big enough and was only 20-40 mins away to beaches, depending which ones you want to go. we didn't mind the drives as the secluded location to wake up in was the beauty of the place. a definite recommend to try for a family or a couple who like walks and quite surroundings. thanks again Sarah 😁

Thanyou Beth, for your welcome and suggestions about the local area. The cottage is beautiful and the grounds stunning. Surpassed our expectations. The cottage is definately a home from home, offering everything we needed to use. We were a group of 5 ladies, we stayed up late chatting, laughing and singing and no worries about disturbing our neighbours (hosts) as they were just a reasonable distance from us. Electrically - tv, lights, radios kitchen appliances were all working great and easy to access. Bathroom- presented really nice and no problems with heating water or shower pressure. Kitchen was well kitted with everything we needed. We forgot eggs and Butter and our host Beth saved my bacon by providing us with the forgotten items !! Wifi, we all connected fine, it was a little in and out but we were in the middle of a beautiful setting and were not totally dependent on having Internet access all the time. The cottage is secluded but this offers to the charm. plenty of parking.

Lovely property well stocked with everthing you could need. Beatiful walk to the beach across the road through a wooded valley. Lovely garden to sit out in.

I booked a short stay for myself and my parents at Shearwater from Friday to Monday and we had a fantastic time! The property is exactly as per the photos, is really clean, modern, well equipped and exactly what I was looking for. It is in a great location in Rhosneigr, just a short walk to the beach and the main street. Jackie was a great host, really responsive, and helpful and made some great suggestions of where to go. Sunday lunch at the Oystercatcher was definitely a great suggestion! Even though it was just a short trip, it felt much longer and I would definitely return to the property again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying at Jess place. It was perfect for us as two couples and two babies. The location is great, so lovely being able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes and also being very close to the town. We had a great weekend, thank you!

Wonderful, spacious house. Cafe & restaurants across the road. Beach 5 minute walk. Lovely area. We climbed up South Stack Lighthouse, visited Beaumaris castle & went on a boat trip to Puffin Island. Great place to stay.

Jonathan and Gwen were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond to any enquiries. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear and straightforward. The location was ideal for a couple of days’ hiking, situated right opposite a beautiful river with lovely walks nearby. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The cinema room was an absolute the perfect touch, and we made great use of it. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Lovely stay at this apartment. Just as described with great communal spaces for eating and hanging out. Very much enjoyed being within walking distance of the shops and cafes and beach. Would visit again!

Nice flat, well presented and clean. The bathroom is a bit small but workable. The location is ideal to enjoy what Caernarfon has to offer, but be aware that seagulls can be a bit noisy in that season ...
