Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

An excellent place in a perfect location for appreciating the delightful village of Bosham. Very well equipped, and we appreciated the extra touches like breakfast provisions and quality linen.

What a wonderful find! Charlotte's place was perfect for us - very comfortable, a good size for two, in a friendly village but it felt really peaceful. In this weather, it was a bonus to have our own garden too. Charlotte was a great hostess - proactive communication, there upon our arrival, incredibly friendly and with plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to visit & local pubs. Her family were also friendly. We found plenty to do over the weekend - lots of walks from the doorstep, West Dean Gardens is well worth a visit. Local pubs were great too - Royal Oak & Anglesey Arms. Thank you to Charlotte and her family, we'd love to come back! 😀

We stayed one night whilst visiting relatives and this was a clean, convenient, economic and comfortable solution with fantastic guest communications and service.

Liz was the perfect host. So friendly and communication was first class. The barn was in beautiful surroundings close, quiet and close to all amenities, in the heart of the New Forest. Extras such as bread, butter, cereals, cookies, milk were an added bonus. It was a pleasure to stay and will certainly stay again when in the area.

Julie is a wonderful host, warm and friendly, she gave us lots of handy hints on where to go and what to do. Cereals, milk and butter in the kitchen when we arrived, a nice touch. Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable and warm. Perfect location for trips to Chichester, Arundel and the coast. Highly recommended!

The perfect base to explore Bosham and surrounding countryside. Shops, cafes and pubs all walkable. A lovely peaceful spot for a short break.

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

Always very quick to respond to online messages. Parking permit organised for us immediately. Cabin had everything we needed. Bed is slightly tricky to manoeuvre but that is made clear in the listing. Great location. Peaceful and quiet but close to town. Extra touches in kitchen much appreciated (milk, butter etc) Julia thought of everything!

We visit the New Forest quite frequently but this was our first time staying at The Cabin - and what a find it was! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could need - we didn’t feel like there was anything missing. The shower was really powerful, the bed was comfy and we spent a few sunny evenings on the private patio which was lovely. The little welcome gifts left by Tom & Lucy were a very thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for us as a base for exploring everywhere we wanted to go (Lymington/Brockenhurst/Lyndhurst etc) with loads great pubs and restaurants really close by - we had a delicious breakfast at Daisy’s Cafe at the Vineyard next door and a nice Italian at Albero’s in Brockenhurst. The Pig Brewery itself was a real bonus and we found ourselves there everyday come rain or shine! Great beer and a nice vibe. We’ve had the best time here and are already planning our next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse - the sofa bed was comfy and set up for us on arrival, hosts were friendly and helpful when renting paddle boards from them and we were provided with a list of local recommended places to eat (fish and chips at the Dolphin nearby were great!)

Cosy hideaway in a beautiful and incredibly peaceful location, with horses roaming on the adjacent village green, which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and an extremely comfortable bed! Lots of great touches, such as the pots of yoghurt, granola and honey. The garden is small but stunning, and the village couldn't be prettier, with a friendly pub over the road. Great hosts who always answered queries quickly. EV charging was a useful bonus too. Highly recommended!

If Airbnb were given start rating like hotels this would be a 5* easy! Beautiful small touches that do make a difference, like selection of books of the area including bus map, nice wine glasses, plates. Oh and more importantly the treats on arrival with a lovely welcoming note and fresh flowers. Location is amazing, so close to a beautiful sandy beach. When you get up you can have a coffee every morning as there are enough for your full stay! Having ketchup, butter is so amazing along with the granola. Birgitta & her partner were wonderful, welcomed me as soon as I arrived, pointed out a few things, and was very happy to give local suggestions. The place is perfect for a little get away, everything you need and clean! I will would definitely come again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Salvis Hideout. Easy to find and a great welcome from Sam. It was just what we needed. Big bedrooms and TVs. Plenty of parking for two cars. We recommend and would return.

We had a wonderful weekend here and can highly recommend it. William and Charlotte were so welcoming to us and our dog! The welcome pack was fabulous, we could not have asked for more and the cottage is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Walks directly from the property are stunning , we certainly plan another stay here one day soon. Just loved it.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Steve who kindly asked if we had everything we needed and let us know that they were available if we had any questions. The annex was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy. A peaceful stay in a quiet and beautiful setting.

The Annexe was perfect for our weekend in the New Forest, it is right next to the forest so easy to access all the walking trails but also a ten minute walk into Brockenhurst for a post walk pint! Andrew and Deborah were very warm, friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. There is lots of space, a well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and we enjoyed sitting in the garden having our breakfast in the sun. It is a perfect spot for visiting the New Forest and we would love to come back again. Thank you so much for hosting us

Diane’s place was comfortable, clean, bright with natural light and quiet - home away from home. Had all that was required for an enjoyable stay including TV in the bedroom as well as the living room which had great resolution and access to NETFLIX and other apps; fully equipped kitchen including a upgraded washing machine. We were warmly greeted by Diane on our arrival who thoughtfully left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and other ingredients for a much needed cuppa after a long day of travelling. Complementary tea biscuits were also included. I noted all the kid-friendly aspects of Diane’s place including built in steps in the bathroom for the lil ones to reach the lovely wash sink. Diane’s place was close to the beach and places to eat which served tasty and reasonably priced food and featured great service. Diane’s place is a must have and we shall definitely be returning.
