Great place in a superb location. Very comfortable with great views and easy walking distance into centre of Cowes.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

Matthew’s place is the upper end of 5*. Pristine presentation, crisp linen, blankets and pillows. This is a boutique home. Matthew’s communication was regular, and with the right information at the right time. This is what you need to know now, and then next and next. Anyone who has not been to the New Forest, it is an eye opener. Absolutely stunning. Bieulieu is stunning with great walks and the New Forest is cycling Mecca!

Yvonne was a lovely host and provided good communication. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House - it is a lovely house on the beach, clean, well equipped for our needs. Fortunately we also had good weather and were able to explore the IOW on the bikes we hired. The only suggestion I would make is for some allocated parking nearer by that would make it easier for residents to access the house. Otherwise, thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Amazing weather added to our early May break during which we did lots of activities around the island. There is plenty to do for families and couples and this location means you can ditch the car and walk to lots of them. Plenty of room for families to spread out in this property and although the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook there are enough restaurants to eat breakfast and dinner out every day without getting bored.

This is a great place! The location is terrific with the center being about six minutes and a huge grocery about three. The shower room is new and the shower about the best we’ve had! Note bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom down. Great TV with access to Netflix. Large kitchen with eating area and lovely back garden. Would stay again.

The property was ideal for our stay. Very spacious and comfortable inside with an open and sunny outdoor dining area. Location is ideal for Cowes harbour. Samuel was great with friendly and helpful communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic place! Immaculate as described and such helpful and responsive hosts. We loved our few days and would highly recommend a stay here. We travelled as foot passengers and the place couldn’t have been more central to access buses and the local area as well as being quiet and away from traffic. Vicky and Richard were incredibly helpful with suggestions for travel options and local recommendations. (Plus getting in touch to help for the heating in case we needed it plus a bottle of wine to welcome us!) Really positive and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you so much!

Spend the Easter Weekend with my parents and little kids. Had an amazing time and was worth the money. There is loads to do around the area and great beaches. The host was responsive and was always ready to help. Would definitely recommend

Spacious, clean, and well-presented, this house was a great place for our family holiday on the Isle of Wight. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were excellent. The pool, while not large, was a great feature which we very much enjoyed. Perhaps the best thing about the house was its location, perched upon a hill with views down to the harbour and close enough to easily walk into town for shopping and dining.

We had 5 nights in early April at Sandpipers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Luckily we had great weather, which made the stay even more relaxing. The house was clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Henry met us on arrival with the keys and was very patient in waiting due to a lengthy traffic hold up on route from the ferry terminal. The location in Steephill Cove was amazing. We took our dog on many walks along the coastline to Ventnor, St Lawrence and Niton. The Botanical Gardens are literally around the corner. Well worth a visit for keen gardeners. Just one thing to be aware of - It's called 'Steephill' Cove for a reason. Access to this glorious place is via a steep path, which proved a challenge to the 86 year old in our group. This could be tricky for anybody with a significant mobility issue. All in all, it was a super break and we highly recommend Sandpipers to anybody taking a holiday on the Isle Of Wight. It was a fabulous house in a stunning location.

We stayed here because we had a sailing crew to house for a sailing event and the property offered flexible accommodation within a short walk for the marina.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

Sharon was very helpful and friendly and her home was an amazing last-minute find for us. Highly recommend it for the views!

We loved staying here, the triple bedrooms were such a good find! We have 5 children who do not want to share double beds so this was perfect. Very thoughtfully laid out with multiple rooms so us to come together and for the older ones to have their own space. Everything worked well and the location was perfect.

We has a lovely stay at Becky's property. When we arrived, the accommodation was clean and was even more spacious than we originally thought. It was great for our family of four stay. There was some very nice touches too, some crisps and nibbles left for us after a long journey. The location is ideal, being able to access so many tourist attractions within a short distance. Great hot tub and the temperature was already set up ready for use.

A great location for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area. Easy to find, and the host kindly arranged parking for us. House was clean and tidy, and has great amenities.

Again, we had a brilliant stay and enjoyed the proximity to family as well as all the house offers. It's a very comfortable place to stay. The new ensuite is excellent and a grab handle in the other bathroom, wonderful and thoughtful additions. An outing to Durlston Country Park near Swanage was a first for us and well worth the trip. Sea birds, sea and coast views, great paths, a lovely cafe/restaurant and a warden in the visitor centre to ask about it all are very nice. There's a woodland play area too. We had another meal in Rockfish on the Quay. We go for the fish which is very good. It is a nice family treat. The Nao Santa Maria was still docked. There's always something interesting to look at. All in all, there is much to recommend a stay in Gwen's lovely house. Madalene

PERFECT spot to stay when visiting Chichester. The property is right on the edge of town, just a 5 minute stroll to cafes, shops and restaurants. However, the location itself makes you feel like you're secluded and away from it all. The private garden, with lovely greenery, meant you are not overlooked, despite being in a city. We felt very secure, behind 2 code locked gates, and it makes for a lovely peaceful retreat. Inside the property is exactly like the pictures. The bed is huge (a superking) and very comfortable. The blackout blinds helped keep the rooms cool, as well as a provided ac unit which was very handy. 2 full bathrooms is great when trying to get out for the day too! The amount of supplies left at the property was the cherry on the cake really. Extremely generous hosts, leaving us breakfast supplies, snacks and drinks. This was most unexpected and really made the stay stand out. The hosts are very communicative with plenty of information before hand! Thank You

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

A group of 10 friends and I stayed at Lyndsey’s place when celebrating our 40th birthdays. The description of the house was spot on. We found it easily and it was great for walking into Swanage - approx 10 mins to the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. Lots of stairs but that’s wasn’t a problem for us. Slightly annoying having the dishwasher in the utility room so you had to go through two fire doors but that’s a first world problem! Beds were comfortable though a little small as they were doubles. Most bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area could do with a bit of a sweep, clean and freshen up but that’s don’t stop us enjoying it. Lyndsey was super responsive and helpful and the greeting gifts were lovely. I would recommend.
