There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

A beautiful and peaceful location with lots of fascinating wildlife frequenting the lake and great fishing from your garden. South facing sunny garden with decked area bordering the lake. Ideal for a peaceful day watching the wildlife on the lake. The fishing from the garden can be really good. Specimen Pike, Zander, Bream, Perch and Roach have all been caught.
