Very functional 20m² studio with direct access to the slopes. Composed of a semi-open kitchen, a living room with a top comfortable sofa bed, very easy to unfold and bunk beds in the hallway. Child/teenage sleeping area in the hallway separable from the living room by sliding panels South facing balcony Trails at the foot of the building following a snowy path that leads to the Sierra Trail Attention, towels and linens are not provided and a good cleaning is to be done by the tenant.
