The house has a large fenced garden and is located at the entrance of the Aspe Valley, 8 km from Oloron-Sainte-Marie, less than 1 hour from the ski resorts and Spain, 50 minutes from Pau, and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Ocean and the Basque Coast. The area is rich in sports (hiking, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, fishing...) and cultural activities (Cathedral, Fort du Portalet, Jazz festival).

The central living area opens onto the garden and landscape, with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm). Terrace, private garden with barbecue and access to the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Nordic bath (€50) and electric bike hire.
