A visiter aux alentours: Autun (ville gallo romaine), Bibracte et son musée archéologique, Beaune (et la route des vins), le Pal (parc d'attractions), les lacs du Morvan, parc des Combes (Le Creusot), Divertiparc (Toulon sur Arroux). Stations thermales de St Honoré les Bains (22 km) et de Bourbon Lancy (28 km).

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Our lovely country house in Toulon-sur-Arroux is ideal for a stay in the great outdoors. A 3-minute walk from the Arroux, enjoy fishing and the many hiking trails (GR 131), you can also go mountain biking or canoeing. Discover cities like Autun, Paray-le-Monial, Beaune and the fascinating Temple of the Thousand Buddhas. Taste Burgundy wines and savor local cuisine. As a family, have fun at Parc des Combes or spend a day at Pal.

The attic yurt (air-conditioned in summer)

La Yourte du Grenier welcomes you for one or more unusual nights. Real Mongolian yurt of more than 30 m2 indoors. You will also have, on the ground floor (36 m2), a bathroom with air and water bath, separate toilet, a relaxation area with armchairs and wood stove. The old house located in the countryside has been completely renovated. It can accommodate a group of up to 12 people. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

The small house

We are pleased to present our newly rented house for the first time! We just finished the renovations! The house is surrounded by meadows, woods and a river flows below the house. Perfect for lovers of nature, calm and animals. It is a small peaceful haven, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding calm. Indeed, the most numerous and noisy neighbors will be the Charolais cows.
