The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

We are pleased to present our newly rented house for the first time! We just finished the renovations! The house is surrounded by meadows, woods and a river flows below the house. Perfect for lovers of nature, calm and animals. It is a small peaceful haven, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding calm. Indeed, the most numerous and noisy neighbors will be the Charolais cows.
