This totally independent accommodation with all amenities, in the heart of the small village of Toulon-sur-Arroux where there is a restaurant, supermarket, tobacco store, bar, bakery, within walking distance from the north of the house. On the south side, the charm of the countryside with access to the small river "l'Arroux" after passing the enclosed garden of 900 m2. In the village, there is a leisure park, the temple of a thousand Buddhas 8 minutes away, the Morvan 25 minutes away

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

The old house located in the countryside has been completely renovated. It can accommodate a group of up to 12 people. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen open to a dining room and then a living room. A bedroom and bathroom are on the same floor. Upstairs are 4 other bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a toilet. A large terrace and a large garden accompany this house.

4 m2 wooden teepee, mini-camping on the farm!

Small wooden teepee of 4 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2-seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + the duvet! For sanitary facilities, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the teepee, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
