Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Issyk-Kul Region

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house area was very spacious with a very cute playground for the kids right on the house's premises. The outside area is well maintained and quite spacious as well with a garden, a lounge area and a dining area. The person managing the place was very responsive via messaging app. The kitchen had most of the utensils one would need for at home cooking. Even though we were staying when the night temperatures were already quite low, there was heating which was great. There is a market across the road which was quite convenient. Overall, great stay for a large family and value for money!

Own small house on eco farm compound (splendid fruit garden, a few farm animals & secure premises) - delightful Kyrgyz experience with a local family at lake IssykKul. We are delighted to express our utmost satisfaction with our recent experience here. The hospitality & assistance provided by Adelya & her family were truly exceptional. The rooms in our own small house exceeded our expectations. Spacious, very clean & cosy (much better than in the fotos) & WLAN for a movie online to chill inside. The breakfast offered was truly remarkable, containing fresh, locally-sourced foods. Tasty, delicious, plentiful. The location of the house is perfect. The eco-farm provided a super enjoyable experience for our children. Lake Issyk Kul is in sight with a picturesque sandy beach, few people & a gentle incline into the water. Super for bathing, playing, enjoying. As we came without an own car we agreed with Adelya's father for transport whenever the need arose. Very highly recommended!

The place is very nice. You have everything you need. And Gulnara, the manager, is very attentive and caring, she can bring you anything and help you with anything you may need. The house is clean, comfortable beds. It’s a townhouse, not a stand alone house. However you feel absolutely private and secluded. Bring your own coffee press🙂 Locally, they don’t drink coffee much, they prefer tea. The area is great for children, a lot of facilities for little ones. The lake is amazing! Very clean beach, fantastic swimming, and very romantic! We’ll be back!

Одно из лучших айрнбнб, в которых мы были! Прекрасная локация - до озера сто метров! Красивый интерьер - милые детали, интересная мебель! Есть всё, что необходимо для комфортного проживания! Очаровательное патио - посидеть в кругу семьи! Рядом много маленьких магазинчиков, в которых можно купить молоко или овощи. За более серьёзными покупками нужно ехать в город. Нам очень понравилось! Обязательно вернёмся!

Positives: Amazing view of the mountains (probably the best in karakol!), top floor and south facing Warm apartment + has air-conditioning Large apartment compared to a guest house Washing machine!!! (Essential after hiking and missing in a lot of places), and an enclosed balcony that is suitable for drying clothes Comfortable bed, functional kitchen and bathroom Negatives: It’s fifth floor without an elevator (as is typical in karakol), although is an easier walk up than you would think, but worth knowing for mobility impaired. It’s the trade off for that view. Building is a typical karakol communist era building All in all a great stay and great value compared to other alternatives

Fantastic place to stay

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

Все отлично! Квартира просторная, чистая, уютная, оснащенная всем необходимым, с хорошим ремонтом. Аселя и Адиль встретили, напоили чаем с вкусностями. Всегда были на связи, давали советы, предлагали свою помощь, свозили на горячие источники. Рекомендую)

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very good value for the money. It’s a nice apartment from Soviet times.
