The house is fully in line with the description and photos - everything is beautiful, convenient and functional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. There were four of us in the apartment. Three adults and a child. A rare and pleasant thing: we were asked in advance how many blankets we wanted and were given one each, including the child. Often, hosts prefer to give double blankets without asking. And sometimes even one double for two adults and a child. I liked a lot of things in the apartment, although we did not have time to use all the amenities. A house with three full rooms in a gated community. There is a lake, swimming pools, and additional "water opportunities" nearby. For car trips, it is conveniently located for hiking in the Grikoryevsky and Semenovsky gorges. Overall, I liked everything. We were happy to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. A couple of times we needed help and the hostess readily helped us. For example, we arrived late and were looking for at least some open cafe. It was after 8, and we couldn't find anything ourselves.

Wonderful house for 1 person or couple! The studio is very warm and inviting; the sweetest kitchen. On the street there is a wonderful lawn, silence, birds sing in the morning. There is a terrace with a dining table for warm weather. I highly recommend it to anyone who fits the size. To the center - a few minutes by car; on foot - 15 minutes. Richard and his representative Erkin are always available. Great place to stay!

Fresh styling, new appliances. Quick walk to the beach. Security at the entrance of Paris, safe community. If you're looking for a destination that has nice beaches, safe community, and up-to-date interior design, this is a great destination. I suggest bringing supplies for cooking, as at the time we went, local accommodations within walking distance weren't up to standard. There are a couple mini-marts within walking distance. Point being, it's the perfect destination for those looking for the lake, modern accommodations, and looking to grill out at the house.

Perfect location to walk the city of Bishkek. For the price this is one of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Incredibly spacious and communication with Sapara was very easy and helpful. 100% would stay again

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! Everything was spotless, truly pristine and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Janara was incredibly helpful and kind, even allowing me an extra hour before checkout, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and would love to come back again!

Beautiful small apartment, nice cafe’s, restaurant, hotels near by, situated in a city center. Zafar is a great host, always responsive and came right about as needed.

It was a great stay, apartment had everything you need, bed was comfy, ac works well but the microwave doesn’t seem to work, besides that small hiccup, everything else was A+

Loved the apartment and an amazing view from the balcony. Aruna was very helpful and we had a flexible check out which was very kind of her. It’s near to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth staying here.

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

Stayed there for a few nights, helpful at very late check-in, helpful and responsive during stay. Place is in the center of town, very convenient, and very cozy. Just great 👍😊😌

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs so far, the apartment has a lot of charm and is very nicely furnished. It feels like a real place to live in, but at the same time everything is clean and in great condition. It has all the comforts you need such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a kettle, a well-stocked pantry etc. Finally, the location is along a main road so the inner city as well as the airport are very easy to reach on foot/using the city buses, but due to the location in a courtyard it remains quiet and peaceful.

Meder is a fantastic host, very helpful and welcoming. The flat is incredibly cozy and despite of being located in the city center is extremely peaceful, the park is right next door. Will definitely opt for this flat in the future

Iskender is a great host, attentive, kind, and always available. The apartment is nice, clean, really well furnished and conveniently located in the best area of Bishkek, near caffès and restaurants. Highly recommended!
