abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti,ma ogni volta che dalla terrazza vedevamo il panorama ed il tramonto..ci dicevamo che é una splendida fortuna abitarci. siamo state accolte da Eva con genuinità e spontaneità amichevolmente. un paese molto tranquillo e che regala davvero tanta tranquillità,immerso nel panorama tipico delle zone,con il mare a portata di occhi! la casa una chicca ma il bagno vince su tutto! grazie per l'opportunità e l'ospitalità alla prossima! all

Soggiorno impeccabile. Valentina è una persona d’oro, pronta a consigliare e disponibile al massimo. La casa era come bella descrizione: graziosa, pulita (cosa più importante), ordinata e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione inoltre è centralissima, in pieno centro storico e ciò permette di muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi in modo facile ed efficiente. Niente da dire, consigliatissimo!

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Appartamento come da descrizione, estremamente pulito ed immerso in una location suggestiva con bellissimi scorci sulla campagna circostante. Comunicazione ottima con l'host, prima e durante il soggiorno. Consiglio!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Toskana. Wir haben besonders die Kombination aus Natur und Kultur sehr genossen. Schöne Strände, gutes Essen, wirklich freundliche Menschen, selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Rom war gut machbar. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt, auch weil Raffaele bei kleineren Problemen immer ein guter Ansprechpartner war.

The stay was much better than expected. The location is fabulous, Grosseto is such a peaceful town but with all the amenities one can wish for. If you want a taxi, you can get one at the train station. But if you want it from the airbnb, there is a local number and they respond immediately and send a taxi. This apartment was walking distance from the city center, grocery store was right next door, very spacious rooms and clean! Considering Europe has cramped apartments or hotel rooms, this was such a pleasant surprise. It was a wonderful stay. Federica was responsive and answered all the questions we had. This is a must-visit place!

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Stupendo b/b immerso nella colline senesi. L'appartamento per 4 persone era pulito e in ordine con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L'area esterna è incantevole: viti, piante stupende e giardino curato. La piscina a sfioro - con vista - è sicuramente il punto forte: davvero impagabile la vista. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile anche a fronte di qualche inconveniente che si è verificato durante la permanenza. Uniche note negative: check in non disagevole. Al nostro arrivo, la chiave inserita nella key box era quella del monocale e non del nostro appartamento. Ergo, abbiamo dovuto contattare la responsabile e attendere l'arrivo - dopo 15 minuti circa - della domestica che ci ha fornito la chiave corretta. L'appartamento era pulito eccetto la presenza, vicino al lavabo, di molte formiche morte. Il lavabo era intasato e, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla domestica che è intervenuta per sbloccare. Nel complesso, comunque, posto davvero bello che merita la visita.

We came with bicyclesnand it was just easy for us to put then in garage and could use the washing machine. Also we had sooo much space and felt right at home. It‘s an awesome place and highly recommended for tuscany trail participants. It‘s great and the communication was super easy and no waiting time or anything else🤩

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn fand die Tiere (Katzen, Hühner, Truthahn, Hasen, Hunde) besonders spannend und wir durften sogar die Hundewelpen streicheln. Auch die Schaukel und Rutschen waren super für ihn. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr umfangreich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir konnten Glühwürmchen, eine Wildkatze und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Aber das Beste ist die Gastfreundschaft von Francesco. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Alberese. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und gemütlich. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zur Zubereitung einer vernünftigen Mahlzeit benötigt. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit Tipps für die Region versorgt. 😊 Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage war wunderschön und die Zeit sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank :)

Wir verbrachten zauberhafte Tage bei Ulla. Das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevolle Einrichtung, der traumhafte Pool und die schöne Umgebung… all das hat uns so gut getan. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Man kann schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, wenn man möchte, wandern, Kultur erleben, Städte besuchen oder Restaurants. Ulla hatte dafür Unterlagen für uns bereitgestellt mit vielen Tipps. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wer wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo fatto una bellissima vacanza in famiglia in un alloggio veramente comodo, anche grazie all'host davvero disponibile e gentile

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
