This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

The ideal family place for (young) families!

Great and spacious chalet (40m2) furnished for families with up to 3 children. We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and boy of 4 years) who like to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The site where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small park whose marina is directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. Around the park itself, it is also possible to rent a boat or SUP, for example.

Aldehoeve is a characteristic Frisian farm from 1860, just a 5-minute walk from the old city center of Workum and close to the IJsselmeer. The farm has three spacious apartments: Aldehoeve Ien, Twa and Trije. Ien is very spacious with a surface of over 200 m² and can accommodate 6 people. These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful location with the garden on open water, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!
