Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Itacimirim Beach

Sensational the stay, from the extremely attentive reception on the part of everyone available in the house to the details like room storage, coffee table and other meals. Peu (chef recommended to accompany us) is a sweet person, took care of everything in the smallest detail and made a difference !!! We were surprised with so much attention, affection and availability of people. Super recommend and will be back soon !!! We were greeted by mr. Henrique, extremely friendly, showed us the house and access to the beach, presented us with a minibar full of beers, 3 gallons of mineral water and many cocadas. The house is super-complete, odorless, and very fresh. It has good wifi, large smart TV with sky, Netflix, 3 suites with split and a bedroom with ceiling fan. The high point is its covered balcony, well furnished, with hammocks, gourmet area, tables for 10 people and 2 comfortable giant armchairs. The swimming pool is a show apart, with salinized water, hydromassage, beautiful night lighting, warm at night, with a shower, loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The condominium is quiet and safe and access to the beach is a short walk. The sea is quiet, great for kids. Sunset on the beach is a spectacle. It was a wonderful stay. When we return to Itacimirim, we will return to Mrs. Yeung and Mr. Henrique. Both were always available.

The house structure is great! It has all the necessary items for good lodging. The furniture and appliances are new and everything was very clean. The brewery is very useful for those who are outside the house. Speaking of outdoor area, the pool is excellent in size and boasts a delicious "beach"! In addition, for an extra fee, great quality bedding, bath towels and pool towels are available. The house is in a very quiet region of Itacimirim and is a few meters from the beach, expired on a short and pleasant walk. There are beach stalls with great structure very close by as well. Lastly, the communication with host Vanessa was excellent! She answered promptly to all questions, gave useful information about the region and was very kind on our arrival! Undoubtedly, for those who are in a smaller group, such as mine (2 couples and 4 children), Vanessa's house serves very well those looking for the region of Itacimirim!

The house of Vera and family is exactly like in the pictures. The hostess is very attentive, responds to messages quickly. We really like the days we stayed there and we hope to come back on other occasions. Thanks for all hospitality and even another opportunity.

The house is excellent. It is in a spectacular condominium, by the sea and next to the condominium pool. Maria is a very good host, very calm and quick to communicate. I recommend it 100%.
