Beachfront holiday rental in Itacimirim

Karolina's apartment is great. It has everything for a quiet and comfortable stay. Karolina is great and very quick both to answer us and to solve problems. We had a little problem in one of the bathrooms and Karolina responded and solved it right away. Thank you very much to the housekeeper, always very quick and polite.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, REALLY IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. THERE ARE RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, BAKERIES AND PHARMACIES VERY CLOSE. THE HOUSE IS LARGE AND WELL VENTILATED. THE POOL IS VERY GOOD. I RECOMMEND ACASA. SINCERELY ELIZABETE

Large and well-equipped house has everything you need, I recommend renting a car for those who are going to make the trip, it is a little far from the center/supermarket and there is no Uber

Shirley is a sweetheart, always available and attentive to needs. Spacious, furnished, comfortable house, met our expectations well, the Jacuzzi hydro didn't work but that didn't get in the way of our fun. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach but a little far to walk. It was very pleasant days.

Cynthia's house has a very good leisure space, large lawn, large pool, we could have our meals while the children had fun. Has spaces for rest, hammocks. All perfect! The inside is also very comfortable. We hired the services of Silvana and Cléo to cook for our family and they were amazing!! Super attentive and caring. Cynthia would respond to all our questions and requests promptly. Anyway, they were very nice days, the house is in front of a beach tent, but we also went to other beaches by car easily from the location of the house.

Arraial Dajuda is a fascinating beach town. Lively at night and beautiful beaches to enjoy during the day. This was an place and host ! We requested an early check in and were accommodated and greeted with a homemade cake and coffee. The spacious house is close by the main city center located in a small gated community and it felt extremely safe and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Due to construction in front of the house we could not access it easier (I do recommend that for future guests it is disclosed that the easy beach access is no longer available) but the walk to the beach is super easy. There is a tiny river that runs behind the house that naturally attracts mosquitoes so it’s recommended that you get bug repellent. The price was right for the stay! Will definitely return

An amazing place, new, complete... the house is comfortable, containing ceiling fans at the main points of the house including kitchen. Air conditioning running perfectly. Domestic utensils, tv... the pool is huge and deep (what we love very much) the children had a lot of fun, we enjoyed the city but we enjoyed the pool more. The area has space with a table, barbecue area. Anyway, we love it! The staff also, very helpful and kind. We love everything, we recommend it too much to our friends and in general.

This was kind of paradise for us. We were here a month and it was sad to leave. Since it's a 3 minute walk to the beach I thought we'd mainly want to go there, but the house was so comfortable we spent a lot of time just relaxing at home. The pool is directly across from the house and has a great lap lane that helped me get back in shape! You are in a gated community so it's perfectly safe but you have a remote control for the front door so you can be in and out in seconds. There's a convenience door right next to the entrance with all the basics and several more down the street. Several restaurants and beach clubs are close by on the beach. You can drive into Arraial in 5 minutes and explore all the restaurants and shops on Rua Mucuge, or you can take the quick ferry into Porto Seguro -- there are lots of nice beach clubs in the long stretch north of town. The Baianos are very sweet and helpful. Supermercado Cambui in town has everything. Great work table, great bed.

Great accommodation, very well located, attentive host. It is an excellent cost benefit especially considering the location (near Toa toa, axé mói etc).

The flat is very well located, has a very close market, you can go to the beach walking, just cross a small bridge and walk to the beach I was with a 1-year-old baby and we were able to do everything on foot. The apartment is very good and secure. Rúbia very polite and always requests, responded quickly. I simply loved it, and super indicate.

House is exactly as described, or even better. Besides being very beautiful, it is comfortable, clean, cozy, super equipped, and decorated in very good taste. Good location, close to the beach, transportation at the door, very close to the ferry and also close to Centro de Arraial. Host "Fred" was thoughtful and helpful, making it all very easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and I hope to return soon. Thanks for everything.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Next to the beach access trail, a quiet condominium with easy access to the center. We loved the stay!

It was surprising what we found in relation to the concept of Tiny House. Newly built, everything with a refinement in the smallest details. In each space, a special touch from the owners, to make everything very comfortable. Everything is very well thought out and of a high standard, to provide an unforgettable stay. These were wonderful days!!! We recommend with eyes closed! An experience that will remain in our memory forever! Thank you Juliana and Mike for offering such a pleasant and welcoming stay!!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable suites. Excellent bedding and quality crockery. Cooking items can be improved. It has neither a board, for example, nor floor cloth. Township had a single very old dishcloth. Appliances need to be replenished. Many do not work. Washer and dryer exists, only it is not installed. But everything requested was quickly arranged by Leonardo. Voltaria for sure.

I wanted to thank you for the great experience I had during our stay.. The room was super clean, neat and very comfortable — everything I needed to celebrate my birthday. You can see that you really care about the well-being of guests. I felt at home! In addition, the service was incredible, both of Mr. Marcelo, both da Jaque... All very friendly and helpful. My experience at Maria Fernanda's house in Arraial d'Ajuda was incredible! She is super sweet, very polite and always attentive. The house is super comfortable, cozy and offers plenty of privacy — perfect for relaxing. The location couldn't be better: there is a 24-hour convenience store on the corner, it is practically in front of a wonderful beach and access to the center is super easy, with vans passing all the time. Arraial is a charming city. I definitely want to go back.

It was 4 perfect days at Andrea's house that attended us super well, as soon as we arrived there was a perfect treat for that time. The property is located in a super nice condominium, safe and with extremely gentle neighbors. Two very good beds, with sets of sheets and towels of good quality. Great ducha with air-conditioning in all rooms plus fast and efficient wifi. The location is practically foot in the sand. When we return to Porto Seguro for sure this is where we will stay.
