Terraces with sea view. Private open parking. Unforgettable location, we have put love and care into it. From the parking to reach the chalet we will go down a path on foot for about 30m. Not in front path with access to the sea (rocky coast) only for fit adult guests.

La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Modern guesthouse in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, overlooking a stunning valley, only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach, not far from the historic town of Cefalu. The location is near the main house on a 5.5-hectare estate, overlooked by a mountain. Gets lots of sun even in the winter as its south-facing. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is very important to us and we take the utmost care to clean and sanitize the guesthouse very well in between stays.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. On the lower floor, kitchen and living area. Upstairs sleeping area with bathroom, it is currently separated from the room with a curtain. Outside there is a canopy pergola with oven, barbecue and kitchen. There are Amache with minibar, hanging curtains on the trees.
