With an area of approximately 1000 sq. meters of land and 330 sq. meters of built-up area. You will have the convenience of a complete house with various electronics and appliances, as well as space with a barbecue, game room with gym and pool table, swimming pool with a small beach and a large lawn for your pet and children to play. It has beautiful beaches. Note: 5 minutes by car to the beach, easy access to Uber, there are buses in front of the condominium to the center and the beaches. Note: TV in the bedroom, Esmart TV in the living room with access to Netflix.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a green area and 3 km from Gaivotas beach. Casa Amarela has a rustic style and is surrounded by art in all spaces. The backyard, with an ornamental pond and a beautiful garden visited by birds of different species, monkeys and squirrels, a hammock to relax, and a campfire area. Note: Rooms without doors, only curtains, we do not have TV in the room.

Private suite on the upper floor, not shared, therefore, preference for groups or families that occupy all accommodations. Accommodates up to five people, has TV (YouTube and Netflix), a fan in the bedroom, and a large bathroom. Only the kitchen, living room, notebook area, tea space, dining room, barbecue area and swimming pool are shared. Note: We do not offer room service.
