This aisle house is complete, has two suites with bunk beds, ceiling fan, full kitchen, living room, swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. A spacious, covered garage. We owners live in the main front house. Guests have total freedom and privacy in the edicule. We are close to the sea, approximately 10min from the central beach of Itanhaém/SP. Quiet neighborhood of locals, with nearby businesses. Extremely secure, automatic gate, with control, closed wall.
