Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Ana was a lovely person, to get to the farm I think you walk about 8 km on a dirt road, but she sent the instructions with the sign, it's easy to get there without mistakes, She was a sweetheart, as it was cold she even left firewood to make a fire at night. If you are looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back more often...

It was simply spectacular, from start to finish. The house exceeded all my expectations — everything is even more beautiful and charming than in the photos. The space is magical, surrounded by a lot of greenery, with a delicious climate and a unique energy. The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

Excellent apartment! The space is equipped with everything that was needed, consistent with the photos, as well as being very clean and organized. We also used the sofa bed and it was nice for a quick stay! The location of the building is exceptional, in addition to having restaurants and a market nearby. I recommend it.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Great gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

Exceptional experience! The best of all since I started looking for an apartment here, very beautiful space, super tidy and super thought out for all needs. From the care with signs indicating how to do each thing, how to turn on, how to turn off, automatic voice command with Alexa (facilitating household chores), cell phone chargers, all the care with the refrigerator leaving food available (apart) for an emergency. Thiago is super helpful and attentive!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
