We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has maintained the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decor and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. It was simply spectacular, from start to finish. The house exceeded all my expectations — everything is even more beautiful and charming than in the photos. The space is magical, surrounded by a lot of greenery, with a delicious climate and a unique energy. The hosts are amazing, extremely welcoming and attentive, which made all the difference in my stay. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, one of those that we cherish. The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

The place is exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable. Adelmira is a sweetheart, she provided us with blankets, towels, and all the necessary support to get around São Paulo. He welcomed us very well, and facilitated the check-in, since I arrived at the bus station at dawn. I would recommend and would come back several times.

My stay at the chalet was extremely pleasant. The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, ideal for relaxing, recharging and disconnecting from the daily grind. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, with lots of greenery and sounds of nature and many works of art scattered around the property, such as statues and other ceramic decorations that make the experience even more special. Without a doubt, a haven I intend to revisit!

I stayed with 2 other friends and we liked Flávia's place, a polite and very kind host. He showed a lot of goodwill in meeting our requests. The place is very peaceful, quiet and safe. There is a supermarket very close by and the CENESP Business Center with some restaurants and shops also nearby. You can walk. The stay was quiet and everything went well.

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

great spot for a few days in SP!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
