The Barefoot Bungalow

Whether it’s coffee or cocktails, you will be sure to enjoy the newly built decks. Cuddle up by the fire, roast some marshmallows, star gaze and take in the serenity this escape from the rat race offers. Covered BBQ area with seating for six. The large property allows children to play and explore and there are also local playgrounds a short walk down the road with the beach.

Unwind in this cozy cabin, tucked away near the north shore of Pigeon Lake in the quiet yet convenient village of Golden Days Beach. The cabin is very private, yet conveniently located with amenities a couple of minutes away. The cabin has a modern, open kitchen and a beautiful wood burning stove in the open living space as well as a large loft and upper deck for suntanning, lounging or just enjoying the sounds of nature. The lake is only 250m away so be sure to wander down and throw a line in!

Sorsele Hus is a bright, cozy two-bedroom cottage fronting directly onto Pigeon Lake. Built over 80 years ago, it has been lovingly restored to honour its original Swedish owners. The large wrap-around deck with a gas firepit opens onto a lawn next to the beach. There is public green space right next door for tossing a frisbee or kicking a ball around. The cottage is just an hour's drive from Edmonton or within cycling distance for those looking for a bicycle vacation.
