Monthly Rentals in Ithaca

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Roughly 15 mins walk back into Vathy. Amazing views from the apartment overlooking the port. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in Vathy. The apartment itself was very modern and stylish and really well equipped. Garden area was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.

We spent a wonderful few days in Sofias apartment. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to find it, but the reception all over the island was great 5g so we used google map & find it no problem. The apartment was immaculate & the views exceptional. Bit of a steep climb from the centre especially in the heat, but we got a taxi one night, only €5 which was worth every cent ! Sofia, so friendly & obviously takes great pride in the apartment, it’s a 5star rating. Thank you, we highly recommend booking !
