Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Our neighborhood is a small, human, simple neighborhood. Our house, a warm space of 40 sq.m. with a 160 sq.m. courtyard, is located between two streets. You can reach our house by climbing the outdoor stone steps. In the courtyard, you are silently welcomed by an old, centuries-old, multi-branched olive tree that is five centuries old, with the blonde flowers that adorn it every May.
