The building is an old apartment from the Showa era, but the kitchen, shower and toilet are all new, and the air conditioning (heating and cooling) is comfortable. Your room is upstairs, but you can enter from the public road without climbing stairs. (There is a little slopes.) You can also use the garden space and benches on the first floor.
