Facing the Izu Kogen and cherry blossom trees (cherry blossom tunnel street), with a site area of 809 ㎡ and a building area of 81.5 ㎡, it is a "private single unit cottage" with a large lawn garden and wooden deck, trees that block the view from the neighbors, and a highly airtight, highly heat-resistant soundproof design. Check-out is OK until 12 pm! So please enjoy your stay. You can enjoy the sound by turning up the volume of the provided audio system (JBL4312E speakers + SONY digital amplifier + YAMAHA/CD player), or you can shout as a couple, or you can immerse yourself in deep relaxation and healing time in silence. You can also enjoy your smartphone music with the audio system. (For instructions, please refer to the manual provided in the room) There are two semi-double beds. One of them is a Paramount bed, the INTIME 1000 electric bed with 3 motors. The reclining, footrest, and high-low functions provide the ultimate relaxation. There are only two full sized beds, so a total of three people can stay, as long as you are okay with using a single floor mattress. Pets are not allowed

It is a private private whole house with a view of the sea of Izu from the living room and terrace, 4 rooms.You can also see the Izu Islands and the sea from the bath. You can see Izu Islands when the weather is good when the weather is good. BBQ can be enjoyed on the private terrace. We have an outdoor terrace and a BBQ stove for rent. You can also have a BBQ with a yakiniku roaster in the room regardless of the weather. Please prepare an outdoor BBQ stove fee of 3000 yen, cassette gas (CB can). The roaster fee is 3,000 yen (including gas usage). (If you want to use it, you need to declare and pay in advance) You can enjoy movies and karaoke in the 120-inch theater and karaoke room. Parking is available for 8 cars. There is a limit to the use of the room, and one room is available for two guests.Additional rooms are available for 4,000 yen per room. Early check-in and late check-out are not available for cleaning.However, we will accept 1,000 yen per person per hour at the time of the day before the accommodation day, as long as the day before and the day after are free.

It is a small wooden house in a quiet location surrounded by forests, with a magnificent ocean spread out in front of it, giving it a sense of openness. Limited to one group per day.

Situated on a hill opposite the beautiful sunset Yuhigaoka resting place, you can spend your holiday in a very quiet cottage between the sea and the forest, with a vast sea spreading in front of you and an unspoiled forest spreading behind you. There are also several beaches around, making it suitable for marine leisure and fishing. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but there is no stove, etc. so cooking is not possible in the room. The deck is spacious and open, and a BBQ stove is available for a fee.(Reservation required, fee 4000 yen not allowed) The ingredients are not included in the price, so please prepare them by yourself. Please note that it is not possible to cook at all except for the BBQ stove rented. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within a 15 km radius. Please purchase the ingredients at Matsuzaki or Shimogamo. Also, please do not hesitate to contact us if you can make a reservation for the dishes listed on the menu only on the restaurant's business days.

In front of the beach house is the beautiful sandy beach of Usami Beach. If the weather is fine, you can see the beautiful sunrise. There is one staff member who can speak Chinese. If you'd like a Taiwanese-style breakfast, message us after make a reservation. Free parking is available. There is also an optional (charged) infrared sauna in the house that warms you to the core.
