Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ivanica

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Sandra's villa is beautiful. we stayed as a group of 7 friends. its really we equipped, beautiful surroundings. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance and very easy to get further by cab . Great stay we'll be back!

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The environment is perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and practically right on the doorstep. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. We had a very successful stay in this apartment. The place was clean, neat and well maintained, which immediately made a positive impression on us. The very nice and helpful owner deserves a special mention, who made sure that we lacked nothing. A huge advantage was the large terrace, where we enjoyed spending time and eating meals. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or sunbathing. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and friendly accommodation in the Mlini area!

To me, this was the perfect place where to stay in the old town of Dubrovnik. Mia was just extremely accommodating and helpful: one of the best Airbnb hosts I had. The apartment is truly nice for single or a couple. Ample, charming bedroom. comfortable bed. AC works. The living area / kitchen is on the smaller side but when you visit Dubrovnik, it does not really matter: what matters it that you are tuck away in a small quiet alley 40 meters from the main street so walking distance to all the museums and attraction of the old town. You really feel like living in this historical place and still enjoy tranquillity and comfort. All was very clean, wifi fast and reliable. To be noted: one easy flight of stairs. I highly recommended this apartment and Mia as a host.

željka is a very pleasant and kind host. She welcomed us with enough to make a good breakfast and since we arrived on May 1st nothing was open. As well as a nice bouquet of arum from their garden. The bedding is very comfortable and yet I have back problems so I slept very well. there is a large terrace where to eat with a nice sea view and a small balcony too. Every time I had a question she was responsive. The rental is well located between the airport and Dubrovnik itself. We were looking for calm and it is it. However, you need a car. There is parking space just across. Thanks again for everything.

Absolutely loved my stay at Irena’s beautiful garden apartment in Dubrovnik! From the moment I arrived, Irena went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo traveler. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced my experience exploring the city. I was especially grateful that she arranged transport for my very early morning departure, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. Daria was so helpful, giving us a lot of info when we arrived. The location is great as we headed to the “new” port for dinner rather than the more expensive old town. We used the buses to get to old town as it was hot but it is walkable. Apartment was well equipped and it was lovely to have a drink on the terrace at the end of the night.

Mara and Mijo are great hosts! Mara offered that her son Mijo can come and pick us up as we were reaching late at night and were travelling with an infant. Next day morning I had to catch a bus and wasn't sure if they accept card for payment, Mara was so nice to leave me some money to make the journey, as I didn't have any cash with me. Both Mara and Mijo were supper responsive and always replied to our queries. The only discomfort that we faced was that the property is little bit down the hill, so you have to take stairs which is not a problem but since we were with infant it was bit of a workout for us. But again that is also the beauty of the property because it makes it away from all the unwanted noise. You can also access a beautiful small pebble beach just down the hill. Overall it was a good experience!

Everything was exactly as described in the ad. Blazenko was superb in communicating and recommendations. If possible please upgrade the beds, they make a lot of squeaky noise.

I stayed here with my daughter. it was an immaculate studio. Modern. lovely L'Occitaine bath products. lovely swimming pool. parking. extremely helpful host. So kind. took a bus to Dubrovnik town costing 2.54 euros and next day the sea taxi. 15 euros return. a good way to see the coast and arrive at the old city.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. Info on recycling would be useful too. It was very comfortable and we would recommend i

We had an excellent week staying in Sandra and Mato’s apartment. We highly recommend and absolutely will be back! The apartment is in a safe location with excellent amenities just outside the door: a bus stop across the road which frequently goes to the old town, a shop close by and is near the beaches. The apartment is in excellent condition. It was very clean, modern and has everything you need. The outdoor space was a nice perk. The pool is a great addition which is well-maintained and we liked that there are pool towels included. It was lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Mato was an excellent host; very kind and welcoming. He was always on hand to help with parking (parking here is safe and well maintained), anything we needed and great recommendations within the local area.

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!
