Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Ivano-Frankivsk! The apartment combines comfort and modern style in a historic 1900 Art Nouveau building. Comfortable bedroom with an orthopedic mattress and a view of Stometrivka. 5 minutes to the Potocki Palace, 10 minutes to Shevchenko Park, 500 meters to the City Hall. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and work area. There is a washing machine with a dryer, Wi-Fi that works during power outages, and a charging station. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or small families.

Each room has a double bed with a queen-size orthopedic mattress, a smart TV with Android games, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee table. There is a desk if needed. Next to the apartment there is a developed infrastructure - a supermarket, many small shops, pharmacies and cafes. TiHo is a unique space located on top of the mountain. It is surrounded by incredible views - Hoverla, Petros, Dragobrat - peaks that can be seen directly from the window. Due to its remote location, intimacy, and special atmosphere, a vacation in TiHo has become a real reboot experience for people from different parts of Ukraine. There are three houses on the territory of the space: a retreat hut, a small barn house, and a TyHo hut - this is what we rent, and this is what you see in the photo.
