Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Ivano-Frankivsk! The apartment combines comfort and modern style in a historic 1900 Art Nouveau building. Comfortable bedroom with an orthopedic mattress and a view of Stometrivka. 5 minutes to the Potocki Palace, 10 minutes to Shevchenko Park, 500 meters to the City Hall. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and work area. There is a washing machine with a dryer, Wi-Fi that works during power outages, and a charging station. At our place, you will escape the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying the fresh Carpathian air and scenic views. The house is located 18 km from the Bukovel resort and 20 km from DragoBrother. It is also convenient to climb Mount Hoverla and Mount Petros from the house. We are located in Lazeščina, 2 km from the main road, with good access.

Perfect location in a quiet courtyard of the central street – 100 meters. The City Hall is a 5-minute walk away. Cafes - Desyatka, Delikacia, Urban Space, Familiya - up to 2 minutes. Each room has a double bed with a queen-size orthopedic mattress, a smart TV with Android games, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee table. There is a desk if needed. The kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove, dishes and drinking water. For every three rooms, there is a shared shower and toilet next to the room in the hallway. Total 9 rooms

Kruk House

Kruk Hut is a special place with a century-old history that we have restored for people who are interested in looking at an authentic house in a new vision. The cottage is located on the edge of a beech forest with a panorama of windmills. Here you can completely reboot and get inspired by the beauty around you. The house has a separate isolated bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a double bed on the attic floor, a bath, a shower, a toilet, a sauna (extra charge), as well as a tub on the terrace (extra charge).

Tyho- TyHo

TiHo is a unique space located on top of the mountain. It is surrounded by incredible views - Hoverla, Petros, Dragobrat - peaks that can be seen directly from the window. Due to its remote location, intimacy, and special atmosphere, a vacation in TiHo has become a real reboot experience for people from different parts of Ukraine. There are three houses on the territory of the space: a retreat hut, a small barn house, and a TyHo hut - this is what we rent, and this is what you see in the photo.
