The stay was great! My boyfriend and I felt really comfortable with the space and enjoyed spending our time in a peaceful place. Very easy check in and check out as well! Would recommend to everyone!

I literally loved this house, from the outside to inside and back yard also. Nice and clean so homey and spacious! Yannick was a great and awesome host he was helpful with me when I missed my flight and even allow my guest who made it to still check in without me🥰🥰🥰 his house has added a memory to my bday weekend trip! Definitely will be back booking again

I had a great stay! The place offered way more than I expected. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were such thoughtful additions, especially for families. The private garden was a lovely spot to relax. It's very close to Walmart and also quite near the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen essentials for baking, like a proper oven tray or parchment paper. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Was looking for a place just to get away and have peace for a weekend. I was extremely satisfied with my trip. We didn’t have any major issues or run into other guests on the property. The location was easy to find and food places were not far off. The space was big enough for us to enjoy comfortably. The only downside which was not a big deal was the room would get a bit hot at night, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would book with Javier again in the future. Thank you for being a great host!

El alojamiento es tal como se promociona. Muy comodo y limpio. Tiene un patio muy amplio. el parqueo es cómodo. Esta muy cerca del Hard rock stadium. Hay gasolineras y sitios para hacer compras rápidas muy cerca. 100% recomendado. Jessica siempre estuvo atenta y sus instrucciones fueron claras. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Great location within a few miles of the beach, downtown Hollywood, groceries, bakery, etc. Felt safe running, walking and riding.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

Quick and efficient for staying one night. Very close to the hard rock live which is where we went.

Awesome place to stay for the weekend! Quiet street, easy access, and close to everything we needed/were going for the time we stayed. Very comfy bed, and had everything you could think of needing for the beach. If we return to the Miami area, we will definitely use this airbnb again!

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en este hermoso departamento de Peter, y reitero lo que dije antes, es el mejor que nos hemos alojado en Miami. Muy completo, además de hermoso, elegante y amplio. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Para la playa teníamos sombrilla, reposeras y hasta un cooler para llevar bebidas frescas! La vista que tiene desde el piso 15 no tiene comparación. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y siempre encontramos lugar en el parking para estacionar. Fue otra estadía excelente. Gracias Peter por todo, y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos ahí! This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

The perfect place to stay! 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 minutes away from downtown Miami. The home is clean and everything matches the photos. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room is spacious. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area. A+ hosting as well.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!
