Villa holiday rentals in Ivrea

This is the second time I have stayed here, and we came back precisely because it is so good. It was a perfect base to go hiking in the mountains and in the different valleys, and great for the local amenities in Aosta. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the view is incredible.

We were family (couple) with 3 children’s and there couples. The house is well organized for 3 couples each with its own private bathroom. For our 3rd kid who traveled alone there was no private bath. The place is Beautiful, amazing windows opened to the Aosta mountains The place is very strategic, very close to Aosta very easy to get in and out to the highway. The kitchen is comfortable it has most of what you need to cook breakfast and even dinner. .

Cecilia was the perfect host. She allowed us total privacy while at the same time being very responsive to every communication. On arrival she made sure there were a few treats for us including some fruit and cookies. She is just lovely. She even offered to take us to the local fruit and veg market which as vegetarians is wonderful. We travel with two cats who were safe and secure in the little garden and who were able to relax and lie around on the grass and enjoy the country life. We loved our little holiday in Cecilia’s country home. It is the perfect environment to experience life like a local in the gorgeous village of Baldiserro, just 12 km from the very beautiful city of Turin. Do yourselves a favour, if you get a chance to visit, you should.

Great place to stay when you want to visit Aosta and hike in the neighboring mountains. Graziella is extremely friendly and made our stay even more comfortable. Would recommend !

Adorable owners (as well as their dogs). We really enjoyed our month-long stay with them. Comfortable house, very well equipped. We would come back anytime. The photos don't reflect reality. It's beautiful (much more beautiful than the photos). The accommodation is huge, on 2 floors and everything has been tastefully restored. The house has a crazy charm and a story that Pippo will be happy to tell you. We have been nomadic for 2 1/2 years and it is one of the cleanest airbnb we have rented. There's no bugs either. Cristiana and Pippo are proactive and welcome you by recommending places for you to visit and eat. They know the industry by heart. (He's also an architect). A recommendation from me: the Pizza in Piazza pizzeria is one of the best, not to be missed! Plus Pippo makes the best gelato in the world! Thanks to both of you... Impeccable accommodation, it is better than in the photos and looks much bigger in real life. Cleanliness level nothing to complain about, it was perfect. Arrived in the middle of the heat wave, the air conditioning was a real plus. Security level is perfect, small house nestled in the middle of the city center with a garage so for those arriving by car it's great 👌🏼 Very nice well-equipped accommodation, we came with our one and a half year old son, the umbrella bed, the high chair, the bottle warmer; everything was there! And finally, small touches that touched us a lot, drinks already cold and small culinary specialties from Italy offered. We will book with Marco without hesitation if we come back. I rarely get round to leaving a review but honestly felt I really should this time, such a lovely house, we were so comfortable and our host was so helpful when we had a small problem. The photos don’t do justice to how lovely this house is, it was just such an easy and safe place to stay. The parking, garden space and surrounded by beautiful mountains with lovely balcony. An excellent supermarket just a short walk away. A well stocked kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great time, thank you.

We were a group of 11 friends trecking around the Italian Alps. the villa was very good for our needs: We had nice rooms for everyone, a big fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace, quiet area with fantastic view. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We spent a weekend at Omar's house for a party with friends. The stay was great, the villa is spacious, so it's also perfect for large groups, and offers excellent services, including the outdoor pool and patio with grill and oven. Omar was very helpful from the start in meeting our requests.

We enjoyed a lovely week. The hosts are very straightforward and very welcoming. A large welcome basket with fruits and vegetables as well as treats received us. On the third day there were even fresh flowers for the stay! It is a quiet location and is also well suited for cycling.

We had a wonderful stay in Vanda's house. We were four adults and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Vanda supplied a crib with its linens, which meant we did not have to check a porta-crib with our luggage. Vanda encouraged us to make use of her large vegetable garden and we enjoyed her salad greens every day. The backyard is enormous and there were plenty of lawn chairs for relaxing. We were delighted to find a baby swing hanging from a tree branch. The location is perfect-two minutes walk from an alimentari and five minutes to the cafe, center of the village, and the playground. We look forward to staying in Vanda's home again!

My friends and I (9 people total) spend Christmas here. It was so dreamy and cozy for a large group and we were super comfortable. Valeria was super responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. Alex was an amazing person and welcomed us and showed us around the house. We had a couple of minor issues and Alex came right away to help us out. Thank you Alex! The place is on the side of the road, but it was peaceful and we did not get any noice from the road. It is also a short drive from grocery stores and about 20 to 30 mins drive to Turin. It was also 1.5 hrs away from 2 great ski places that we had the chance to visit. Because it was winter we couldn’t make use of the outside area, but it looks super nice and dreamy for a summer stay as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

We were 10 people and spent 4 days in Crescentino to celebrate his birthday. When we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is huge and offers everything a group of young adults could wish for. The garden area with pool is beautiful and very well maintained and is ideal for playing table tennis or ball, sunbathing, dancing, eating together at a long table, or simply cooling off in the pool. Alberto, the host, has equipped the rooms with beds according to our needs. In general, Alberto was very accommodating, and was always available whether for recommendations for leisure activities, restaurants, wine purchases or simply for questions about the accommodation. One evening, he brought us a fire bowl on request and we invited him to our birthday party and spent a nice evening! We enjoyed the stay! Hopefully see you soon🌞!

The best house in Nus and in Aosta. The house is completely new and super comfortable for couples, families and friends. The location is very good near Aosta and 2min from main road . In Nus there are few nice restaurants. Fulvio and his mother are very welcoming and friendly, great communicators and always available for questions. I would very recommend stay on Fulvio house.

The property is at the foot of the hills on which Ponzano, Salabue and Sacro Monte di Crea stand, a very beautiful landscape area, which offers the possibility of visiting villages and municipalities, taking walks and walks. It is accessed from the 457 provincial road, along a dirt road that is not too long, but from which you can't miss it. The house is huge, with a common area on the ground floor consisting of kitchen and living room and laundry area and various rooms and mini apartments on both the ground floor and first floor. We spent the days of the end of 2021 with a group of friends and the house turned out to be perfect: comfortable common spaces, equipped kitchen and amenities, comfortable bedrooms and perfect for giving privacy. All rooms overlook the courtyard towards the countryside, with south orientation, so in winter it was very pleasant to enjoy the warm sun that illuminates the house all day. Despite its size, the house has always been warm and comfortable (to note: gas and electricity must be paid separately, for 6 days we spent 400€). Internet is available but in some rooms the signal is not very strong, to consider if you plan to stay here to work remotely. The house is well positioned to visit all the main cities and villages of Monferrato: for example, Moncalvo with its excellent restaurants is just a ten minute drive away. Absolutely recommended to come here by car, because getting around by public transit is not very easy.

It was a beautiful stay with beautiful peaceful surroundings. The apartment was very clean and the pool was amazing. We got free eggs from their chickens which was also amazing !

Beautiful property with a remarkable location. Very freindly staff that helps you with everything and really wants you to have a great stay. Would recommend if you are in Piedmont.

Excellent and wonderful external view in the evening

We enjoyed our stay at Stefano's. The explanations for accessing the accommodation are really well detailed. Beautiful apartment with a garden and small pool, very appreciable especially with the heat we had. These are strong assets. Comfortable bedding. in the bedroom just a fan... not enough to cool the atmosphere and the mosquitoes are very present outside. Stefano is welcoming, friendly and very discreet. He was not present in his apartment. In front there are always free parking spaces. There is a Lidl within walking distance just next door. Bus stop 49 is opposite to go to the historic center of Turin. This city is worth a visit. You then have to take the tram. There is almost 1 hour of travel but with the difficulties to park on site it is very convenient. There are several sites around Turin including the royal palace in Verania, classified as a UNESCO site. Beautiful region to explore.

Very friendly host. The vibe was nice and relaxing, great interior and facilities. It is placed pretty remote, but easy acces to the place - it is like at nice hotel, just smaller, more private with very good vacational and cozy facillities - nice to have the outdoor kitchen and you can have groceries in the fridge :)

Very nice spacious well equipped house fir the large family. 15-20 min Walk to the Lake. Very nice restaurants nearby. Responsive and well prepared host.
