Based on a working equestrian centre with views over the fields where the horses are grazing & into woodland. Off the beaten track in a quiet area . You can also book to ride if you wish.

There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

A cosy and stylish home near to the town centre
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Small space with kettle and breakfast items - tea, coffee, milk , muesli. Electric coolbox but no fridge or kitchen. Uninterrupted views from bi-fold doors to the private patio, mature garden and meadows. Tranquil and private, great for birdwatching. Table and chairs on patio for your own use. Sorry, no TV or wifi.
