There is everything for a comfortable stay: appliances, furniture, dishes, high-speed internet (fiber optic), Wi-Fi. From the kitchen there is an exit to the terrace, where you can sit with friends or relax in a hammock chair. Also in the yard there is a barbecue with everything you need, free firewood, parking. We provide a set of disposable hygiene items, a minimum set of groceries. All windows have a mountain view, a river is nearby and a forest is a 5-minute walk away, two restaurants with karaoke, hookah, and a delicious menu.

In the courtyard – a parking space for a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the sanatorium "Polyana" and the boulevard "Polyana Kvasova". View from the house to the mountains and stream.
