Holiday rentals with a patio in İzmir

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet area where you can easily unwind. Once again, thank you to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very warmly and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to heart. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The house was very nice and in a good location! There was no problem with the wifi and dishwasher not working, it was not a big deal for us. There is usually a water problem in the evening in the evening, the water flows little at certain times! Thank you

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Mr. Erol was always in contact from the time of booking, he is a very caring and polite host. He greeted us at the door, offered coffee and gave information about the region. The house was spotless, we especially loved the terrace view. We spent 5 very relaxing days with my wife

Perfect place to stay

ilke's house was really great, a very nice Foça house, the garden is great. The amenities of the house and spending time in it are very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the house, the air conditioning in every room and the fact that all the needs are in the house made our holiday very nice. The only problem is that the neighbor next door lets the kids out at 7 in the morning and the endless noise of the little ones:)
