Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. Welcome to Paraty! Our house is in the Jabaquara neighborhood, 200 meters from the beach. New, complete, airy and comfortable house. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites with air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi. House NOT attached. Relatively new, tourist neighborhood with lots of restaurants and kiosks in front of the beach. Great location. It has a supermarket and a bus stop nearby. About 5 minutes by car to the historic center or a 20-25 minute walk.
