The approx. 70 square meters stretch over 2 floors and form a complete half of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room (sofa bed for 2 people,, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player) with open, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), an optically separated large dining area and a terrace. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed with TV, 1 x two single beds) and bathroom (shower, toilet).
