Holiday rentals with a patio in Jablonec nad Nisou District

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is new and beautiful. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Very close to the trails. I highly recommend it and would love to go back :)

Clean and modern accommodation in a quiet environment. An ideal starting point (and exit) for trips. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable big bed, possibility of darkening the whole room with blinds, so one can sit back and wake up in the morning light - what more could you want on your vacation?

The apartment had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the oil, spices and pods for the coffee maker and dishwasher! Privacy, quiet, and a soul balm:)

We had a lovely few days in Bedřichov. Matej is a great host and even took our luggage to the property. If you have any questions, we received an immediate response. The accommodation can be reached via a longer staircase, as it is a little higher and you can't drive directly by car. The apartment is very modern, very clean and we felt very comfortable. The most beautiful is the location directly in the nature and use of the garden and terrace. We will be happy to come back. Best regards, Marlen with family

Very nice owners and a lovingly furnished and clean house. The equipment is as described and shown in the photos. Beautiful castle ruins and other medieval sights are within walking distance. We were six people and immediately felt comfortable and were able to rest well. We highly recommend the house and the area for all those seeking peace and quiet and those who love to hike.

The place is clean, modern, with a view of the forest. With a bed, there is also a sofa bed and a fully functional kitchen.

Communication with the host was outstanding! Although he was not on site personally, everything went super understandable and smooth. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and all my questions were answered quickly and kindly. The location was ideal – quiet but still well connected, with great excursions in the area. We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out here is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travelers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect hostess, who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

Absolutely breathtaking space, fine-tuned, and equipped with everything you may need. A wonderful place to escape the city. There is a convenience store just across the street, so last-minute shopping is possible. We had a grill with everything we needed-we didn't end up using it, but it's great to be able to. Sitting in the backyard and parking are a big plus. The apartment is airy and makes you feel at home very quickly. The upper rooms are more for smaller people – I already had a bit of a problem with my 6 feet – but there are also two rooms for "greats". What we really need to praise are the very comfortable beds – one will have a great night's sleep here. The only small heads up: the road to the place is more for more experienced drivers. There is a narrower road with serpentines, but it's definitely nothing to discourage you – the accommodation is really worth it!

A very modern accommodation in which the owners (outside the rental) also live. The term: "Spotless" is understated in this case, as every clean room of this house could be a poster child. You could eat off the floor in every room... really in every room. Regarding the equipment, everything was available, especially toys. Communication with Lucie was easy and fast. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the time very much.

Perfect place to stay for a ski holiday! The location could not be better – right in the ski resort, so you can start directly on the slopes in the morning. The place was clean, cozy and well equipped. After a long day in the snow, you could relax wonderfully here. The host was very friendly and helpful. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

The place was perfectly fine, communication with the owners. We stayed with three children, including a baby, the owner prepared a crib, etc. There were lots of toys and a place to play. There is a bathtub and shower. Great starting point for trips around the Jizera Mountains. Definitely recommend.

Super nice place for a family of 4. There was also a sofa bed, for 2 more guests. Great balcony overlooking mountains. Clean and tidy. No noise and noise. Easy to get to the ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend the place and the place. We'd love to come again.
