The accommodation was certainly planned by an architect or interior designer, all in very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, the toilet was marked as having been disinfected, the property smelled clean, everything was in perfect condition. The instructions that are provided are very clear, both those sent by Airbnb and those on the labels around the apartment and utensils. It was the most professional Airbnb I've ever stayed in, the owners certainly have strict procedures to make sure everything runs smoothly, and on top of that, it's close to everything. Score 11.

The places was exactly as advertised. Good location, close to everything. The apartment is well equiped. Easy check in/out. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place for short and long stays.

The apartment has a great location, garage with ample access, automation and security to get in and out of the building, a large balcony with dining table, excellent bathrooms and bedrooms with great comfort and quality for sleep. Paulo, the host, was very solicited and thoughtful. I recommend your stay.

The stay was great! The place was extremely organized, clean and fragrant. All arranged with a lot of whim and zeal. I've had several experiences on Airbnb and this apartment was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The bath towels are of good quality, the bed linen too, and everything was super well washed. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need. The furniture is new and beautiful. The building is very quiet and has a great location. My stepson had a lot of fun on the soccer field. We had a peaceful weekend of rest. Carolina and her husband were very friendly and attentive.

Loft very good, neighborhood and excellent location, several nearby bars and restaurants, bakery,etc. The loft is very good all very clean and well taken care of. Leonardo always answered us very quickly, was very attentive providing all the necessary information.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment! The place is exactly as in the pictures – clean, well decorated and very cozy. The internet is very fast. The location is also great, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation. The host was extremely attentive and responded quickly to all my questions. I recommend the apartment, good location, all the shops and a large supermarket are nearby, it is safe at night and you can walk. The apartment is perfectly clean, everything you need is there.

My stay was great! The check-in and check-out took place peacefully, the apartment is great and very comfortable, perfect for resting well in the evening. The location is also a strong point: the surroundings are super quiet, with market, shopping and restaurants at a fair price. It is very close to CPTM's "Estudantes" station which makes mobility easier. I highly recommend it!
