It is one of the houses of Chácara dos Ipês, which also houses Casinha do Meio, our house and that of the caretakers, with desirable distances between them. The house has an integrated living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious balcony with a table, hammock and a beautiful view of the reservoir and the sunset.
