Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jackson County

Jessica was a lovely host and provided a beautiful place! She has truly raised my standards for an AirBnB. She was incredibly kind, provided wonderful amenities and such a cozy, homey environment, and was always quick to respond and provide helpful information! Can’t recommend this spot enough, was great for my partner and I when traveling far from home for a wedding.

My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

We had a lovely, weeklong stay. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The home was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The amenities were superb and perfect for working from home (in the business center). I wish we had gotten more time to use them. The only few things to note, the neighbors are very loud. We could hear them each night, late at night arguing, stomping around, playing music. A previous guest had ruined their laundry door, so that caused a bit of a stir navigating to do laundry. When we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t done a complete job, but we assumed this is because we requested to check in two hours sooner than expected, of which, the host was very accommodating. He provided us with a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would totally stay here again and definitely recommend it for traveling families.

Place was exactly as described and very comfy. Good location in Athens and close to everything. Dean was very responsive and accepted an extension to my booking within minutes of the request. Thanks Dean would love to stay here again.

Great place, awesome location near to downtown Athens! Great on a weekend as the rest of the building is mainly empty so it is very quiet!

The location was perfectly situated near our relatives. It is new and clean in a gated community. Mike & Tracy were the perfect hosts. The place was nicely appointed and a goodie basket awaited us. We lacked an iron and ironing table upon check-in; however, once notified, Mike & Tracy delivered those items + spray starch prior to the end of the night! Now that's service! The communication with Tracy and Mike was superb. I would have No hesitation in staying with them again.

Clean and easy to check in. Very comfortable beds! Very very responsive host! We had an issue that was not any fault of theirs and they went over and above to help remedy it.

We stayed for two nights for UGA graduation - a very busy, high occupancy, PEAK time to be in Athens. Brian's place is not too far from campus, totally updated, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Even had some extras stocked in the kitchen - coffee, snacks, waters. Very nice touch! Obviously, we would have loved a second bathroom since 4 of us were in the house, but at least the one bathroom was nice and large and had lots of towel hooks. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, very quiet neighborhood will stay again the host was great

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

We were in town a couple of days for a wedding with our adult sons and their spouse/fiancee. It was like coming back home for our sons as they graduated from UGA. This cozy cottage was warm and welcoming as we walked through the front door and throughout the home. All the attention to details…enough linens and nice touches with how they were even folded. Beds were comfortable. Bed linens were very clean and cozy. Master bedroom even has a white noise machine so it helped create a peaceful night’s rest. All the rooms decorated nicely. Kitchen had been upgraded and everything we needed was there. When I sat on the living room couch, it felt like home and I enjoyed a few moments of leisurely easing into my day before I walked across the street to a coffee shop shop for a really great latte. Plenty of parking on the pad beside the house for 3 vehicles. Molly was proactive with the instructions and check-in information Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Super clean, almost new, everything in order. I loved be there for 2 days. The neighborhood really nice too.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mere’s place! They were very communicative and the house was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right next to the highway and close to downtown and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if back in the Athens area.

Great stay for UGA graduation

We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

Shirley’s place was lovely. It was exactly like the listing. It was easy to get to, all instructions were clear, and it was incredibly cozy.

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was great. Walk to great restaurants pubs and UGA campus. The surrounding area is very cute. Always be aware of your surroundings tho.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!

THIS… this is a super host! Everything you could ever need and more is carefully packaged and placed for you. It’s private, clean, beautifully decorated, and the host is awesome. We will absolutely come back.
