Holiday houses in Jackson County

Loved the cabin! All the needed amenities and more. Owner was near if needed but did not impede on our privacy. Hopefully we will visit again!!

This was my second stay here and it is the best place to say in Seymour!! Everything you could ever think to need is there for you to use and Darci is always there to answer any questions and even give local recommendations. Super clean - close to small shops and restaurants and very peaceful environment. 💓Thanks again!

Great place to stay in Seymour. Way better than a hotel and it’s a house with a history. Kevin was very cordial and welcoming and even gave us a tour with some interesting historical insights. Highly recommended.

Peaceful and calming just what I needed. Even though I wasn’t there in evenings I looke forward to getting up and having me coffee. She had everything in its place.

We’ve come here three years in a row. Our kids (and us) love it. It’s extremely private and in the middle of nowhere. After a busy school year it’s wonderful to spend the weekend immersed in nature. There are trails, docks to fish off of, the lake to paddle around and explore. We live in Indy and it’s not too far. We always come back feeling refreshed. Thanks for opening your place so we can enjoy it too.

Great country setting. Very peaceful. Like sitting on the front porch and watching the deer.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. From the centralized location & parking to the modern amenities, this is a beautiful place! The host was wonderful, and easy to communicate with during our stay. The coffee shop downstairs is also a convenient option with a delicious variety of coffees and breakfast foods.

The cabin was immaculate and comfortable. The property is not far from the freeway, but felt like a remote refuge - wonderfully private, with no other cabins or homes in view. The property has great options - the hot tub (new and clean!) and grill are on the patio and there's finished fire pit area in the yard. The cabin had everything needed to cook inside or outside, including a thoughtful assortment of fire and grilling supplies. I'd go back in a hot second.
