Condo holiday rentals in Jackson County

This was for a girls cabin trip and our first one and honestly love it! There were 6 of us and beds were super comfy, place was clean and nice, and surrounding was really calm. You’ll have everything if you want to cook or bake. Definitely loved staying here and will come back again in the future.

All was great and just as advertised. Wish the amenities were within walking distance and not a drive but overall it was a great place.

If you are looking for a mountain cabin get away vibe, this is the place! It was beautiful, clean, much bigger than I expected and cozy at the same time. The huge porch is the piece de resistance - when you lie down in the comfy porch swing, you feel like you are in a tree house. I would definitely recommend and will rebook if I am back in Cashiers again.

Great location to walk Main Street Waynesville and includes a parking spot out back. High end finishings and like new. Do bring some of your own staples…spices, cooking oil, Coffee, extra toilet paper/tissues

I honestly have to say this was the most beautiful experience that my family and I have ever had. Waking up to the sunshine and seeing nature is priceless. Getting away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the city and coming here and experiencing tranquility was everything to us. We’re definitely coming back !!!

We came for a wedding that was in the community so this was perfect! Beautiful views on the golf course, close drive to cashiers, comfortable home and we felt safe! Would definitely recommend this place!

This was a wonderful getaway, the surrounding area is breathtaking. Condo was immaculate and just as pictured. I will absolutely be returning again. Sapphire-Cashiers is the best place to relax and unwind.

Great condo. Bigger than it looked in the pics. Plenty of room. Nice large showers and common space. The view was beautiful. Clean. Large private deck. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was as described, clean and neat. Great value, great for people with pets. Highlight is the large deck overlooking the woods and golf course. Host was very responsive. Only con was limited closet / dresser space which was not a problem for a short stay.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with some close friends to goto Harrahs Cherokee. We really enjoyed the place and thought it was an affordable place that provided a lot with it. It was the perfect rental for 6 guests that had a living room, kitchen, porch, and even a garage to park your car in! I will definitely be booking this place again when I’m in the area, it’s the perfect location in the mountains that is also convenient by being close to the main road.

Took the family here on our spring break. Kids had a great time. Very close to everything you could need. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice area to stay

Wonderful! The original place we booked was canceled due to frozen pipes, leaving us without a place to stay. Thankfully, we found this place and could not have been happier! Beautiful views, great deck, and overall a wonderful space! Also, Stewart was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our 2 week stay! Two master bedrooms with views of the woods. We kept the windows open all the time and loved the cool mountain air and birds. Slept GREAT!! Completely private, like we were the only ones around, but yet right in an unbelievably gorgeous community. We took wonderful walks and found gorgeous views, a waterfall, and a river on the golf course. Huge screened porch to enjoy the birds and beautiful trees. Had cozy fires in fireplace. Fantastic kitchen. We stayed two weeks and then booked 3 more days while we house hunted in the area. Wished this place were for sale. It was that peaceful and well appointed. Felt so at home. Good WiFi and cell service. Close to Gorges State Park. Make sure you hike to Rainbow Falls! Near great restaurants in Sapphire and Toxaway. Easy drive to Brevard or Cashiers. The Evolve staff was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great place. Big enough for a small family. Close to the club house, nature trails, and other activities. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t need to contact them as there were no issues.

Kelli's place was such a treat. Our family had a wonderful time. I can not say enough wonderful things about the condo. Beautiful views, spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, etc.), and numerous extra touches that made for a very special family vacation. We are already planning a return trip. Ten stars for this wonderful home and ten more start for the spectacular owners. We miss Cashiers already, but we will be back soon to visit Kelli's place!

Great accommodations and close to everything. Hosts were completely accommodating, available via phone when we had question(s) and provided great recommendations. Everything was as stated. Great food, amenities, time with family, and the waterfalls 💕 definitely recommend the listing.

Townhouse was in a great location, and the description of the unit was very accurate. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views! That waterfall is gorgeous and the fact that you can see it from the Living room, and having the balcony is a plus, is amazing! Kim was very helpful and offered tons of recommendations and even Santas really cute pictures of the wildlife that they’ve seen in the area. Great find!

Great location and comfy bed! The bed is raised on a separate platform which does require a step down if you're a midnight wanderer so keep that in mind. Kitchen is well equipped with a very nice sink. the bathroom is nice with a good sized shower. Totally walkable to the restaurants in the area. Felt very private at the end of the row of condos with a nice tree view out the windows. The back patio doesn't have chairs so pack some in the car! We wished we had. If you like soft toilet paper I recommend bringing your own. 😁 Would totally stay again. We really enjoyed the stay.
