Private suite holiday rentals in Jackson County

This spot is just right, within a less-than-15-minute walk to our theaters and downtown. Clean, and with friendly hosting, the room was always cool on the very hot days, and the group breakfast was delightful in the beautiful outside, shaded, "dining room." The pool was available to us though we were busy with other things, and the Safeway across the street was very handy. We slept well, heard no loud disturbances, and were able to communicate with Bruce when we needed to. Over all, the stay was wonderful.

It was so great to get to Tina’s AirBnb and find it exactly as she described. It’s set up so well that I could have stayed much longer. I’m afraid I helped myself to more than my share of snacks but it was so nice to not have to shop after getting in. Her place is so peaceful and quiet. So lovely to listen to rain and feel so comfortable and cozy. Thank you Tina!

The Dogwood Suite was a cheerful, clean, accessible, and nicely furnished suite located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk both to downtown and the university. The suite was set within a lovely little courtyard and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Rayliegh was a friendly and professional host. We had a wonderful stay!

Raleigh was a great communicator and made the effort to welcome us and introduce himself. We had a mishap where we locked ourselves out and he went above and beyond to help us get back in. Lovely home in a perfect Ashland location!

Len and Linda’s place is peaceful and private. Amenities are nice, just as listed— with extras for a welcoming touch. Although there is no common room, just bedrooms, the large porch more than makes up for that. It is lovely sitting out on the large wraparound porch both mornings and evenings. Although we ate main meals elsewhere, there is a barbecue and grills for cooking. The second bathroom in the garage is nice if you’re in the second bedroom and don’t want to disturb those sleeping in the primary bedroom to get to the main bathroom. And everyone loved the strawberry candies. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you Len and Linda.

Ali was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed staying in this original Victorian house which has been well cared for, and found it very relaxing.

We had a great stay. The host was responsive and friendly. The place had everything and in particular found the kitchen convenient. The location was perfect for visiting a large number of towns and places in nature within a couple hour drive over the course of a week. I would recommend to all within the airbnb community.

Jenny's place was great. Great location and close to amenities. She was very responsive from pre-booking all the way to post checkout. The house was nice. Very quiet street. Driveway parking and very easy entry. Has basic amenities and full kitchen. The house has clean concrete flooring which keeps it cool. An electric heater in the closet is handy on chilly nights. I didn't use the back patio, but it is nicely accessible and clean. I would 100% stay at Jenny's again.

My wife and I loved this place. Very private, quiet, and in a fantastically clean and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Ashland and gateway to Crater Lake and Southern Oregon. Stephanie is a fantastic person who goes out of her way to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Loved her dog BB too! This place is a Price Performer. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful host, they were so friendly with our 4 year old. We asked about walking trails and they promptly mowed paths all around their property for us! We really appreciated all the organic quality staple ingredients like olive oil, milk and sugar. It was very clean and we really appreciated that it didn't feel dirty. There are thoughtful touches like wood toys for kids, a steamer for clothes, tissue boxes and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Altogether a wonderful stay.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings allowed us to enjoy the nature all around the cottage. Inside we found everything to make our stay very comfortable. Having a fast EV charger was a plus! We also appreciated the opportunities to compost and recycle. Fresh eggs from Rosemary”s chickens were the best!

The space is decorated nicely, is spacious and has a nice bathroom and office area. We liked the Moose Munch treat! Sat on the porch and had my coffee, watching the birds feed.

The location was within easy walking distance to Lithia Park, downtown and the theaters. The Summer’s Night Cottage was very comfortable and Eric, our host was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He was responsive and very proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed. He provided information about local restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again if it is available. Sue and Paul were amazing hosts. they met us as we arrived, were super friendly and walked us through the ins and outs of the rental. The property was magical, huge windows, amazing woodland views. The guest house was super clean and they loaded it with snacks, homemade cookies and things to drink. The furnishings were clean and immaculate and best of all...super comfortable. I don't think we've slept so well on vacation in a long time. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we visit for the next Shakespeare Festival.

Where do I begin? This is by far THE best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! This is my 4th time staying, and it truly gets better every time! Mary and Todd are true Jacksonville gems, and are more than accommodating. If you are passing through this area, do yourself a favor and treat your yourself to this southern Oregon oasis. I wish I could move in permanently!

The inn is in a lovely Ashland neighborhood, and the host team was communicative and professional. The space is clean, charming, and has a cozy B&B vibe—just don’t expect a full kitchen for elaborate cooking. Unfortunately, the major downside is the constant presence of vagrants around the property. From early morning to late at night, we saw people loitering, using drugs, and having loud, unsettling conversations about jail. My wife felt uneasy using the back entrance. Until that issue is addressed, we wouldn’t return.

Rain is a great host and her place is immaculate. Everything in the home is well organized and nice. The bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. It’s a beautiful peaceful location and will stay again.

I have obsessed over this place to anyone that would listen for the last three months! A fabulous set up for a long term rental or even just a night, this place had exactly what I needed and nothing I didn’t. Great location with easy, nearby access to nature, restaurants, shopping and more. Also Lillian was super helpful and responsive —100/10 would recommend and would love to come back!

Kubli House and Kathleen were amazing! We stayed in Suite 3 and it was fantastic. We had planned to change then go back out exploring but loved it so much we spent the whole evening in. The bed was so comfy and the linens are out of this world. The bathroom was to die for and the room was so quiet and private. I ended up leaving my watch behind and Kathleen was more than happy to find it and will be sending it my way. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this place was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained, Jennifer and Joanna were perfect hosts! We had a little mishap with the key code entry lock and they immediately responded to me and fixed the issue, Highly recommend and I will definitely return
