Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

The kitchen features a large island with seating for four, complemented by a spacious dining table. Modern appliances, including a stainless-steel refrigerator and oven, are visible along with light granite countertops. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
