Great and wonderful beach house ! Very comfortable has all you need for a Great vacation with the family and friends! Definitely returning!

We rented Greg’s beach house for a small reunion of old friends. The living spaces are so bright and light filled. It was an easy place to gather and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very friendly with a relaxed family vibe. Lots of families with strollers and walkers/joggers. We appreciated the games in the LR and the extra fridge in the ping pong room. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Greg was attentive, friendly and responsive every step of the way. The day before arrival I asked if he had a salad spinner. He said no, but then an hour later said he’d bought one and already placed it in the kitchen. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Greg!

This house is in a great location and super spacious for a large group. It has good gathering spaces, both inside and out. It was very clean inside. I would have never guessed they will allow pets. The kitchen is sparsely furnished so cooking in was a bit of a challenge. The bedroom with two twins is only separated from the kitchen with a curtain, so noise could be a factor. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, but the deck area needs some sprucing up.

We recently stayed at this home for an 8-person golf trip and had a fantastic experience. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our entire group. The outdoor area was a major highlight, featuring a pool and hot tub that were perfect for relaxing after a day on the course. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent—just off the highway with plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Several golf courses are nearby, including TPC Sawgrass, which is only 9 minutes away. Overall, a great house in a great location. Highly recommend for golf groups or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay especially with a large group of people. Beautifully decorated and amenities were top notch. The home was exactly as described and spotlessly cleaned. The location was perfect with easy access to local attractions.

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

Jamie’s place was the best Air BnB I have ever stayed at. The experience was perfect. There is a sweet spirit in this house. It is very apparent that Jamie wants to be a gracious host. She is a perfect example of a host. The home is beautiful and accommodating. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the basketball goal and swing and beach supplies. Easy and pleasant walk to the beach. Generous with towels and supplies. Very responsive. I don’t know how it could have been better. Felt very cared for as a guest. Spotless and comfortable. A perfect 10!

By far, one of the best Air BNBs I’ve stayed In! The host was very accommodating and we loved everything about this house! The kitchen was absolutely amazing, the AC worked great and the place was insanely clean! The waterfall shower was amazing! The place was in a very nice location and it also felt very safe and peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Our weekend stay was great! Travis & Kristy were very responsive to all of our inquiries throughout our stay. The home looked exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for multiple families to stay and be comfortable!

Waylon’s place was awesome!! He made my daughter birthday sleepover a memorable one. Waylon is very responsive and the placed looked just like the pictures!

The home was very clean and welcoming! Veronica was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill and fire pit. Not only did she immediately respond with detailed instructions, she followed up multiple times to see if they worked. When we let her know they didn’t she immediately had maintenance come fix the issue that was corrected in about 15/20 minutes. She continued to follow up with us to make sure the problem was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly things were handled. We would definitely book with Veronica again!

This home is wonderful. The host thought of every detail with the amenities! It has everything you need for the week or the weekend. The porch and pool are spectacular and the view of the marsh is amazing! The rooms are so nicely laid out and give privacy as needed for a family. The linens are clean and fresh and the kitchen is so open and comfortable! Lots to do in the area and the beaches are beautiful! I would highly recommend this house!! We truly enjoyed it!!
