Condo holiday rentals in Jacksonville

There were tons of things for our kids to do on the property. They loved the pool restaurant, and the pirate bar/restaurant. We went to the park every night and enjoyed the ice cream shop on site. We loved everything about the condo and the amenities they provide.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Betsy's place. The ocean was right outside of our balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach gave up wonderful shell and smooth stone treasures. We had a great time and definitely will return here again.

Ann was a great host, and this place is a perfect stop in New Bern! It's about 15 or 20 minutes from most of the main activities, and I had a wonderful time crossing the bridge to get around. The space was clean and orderly, and well stocked with coffees and teas. The bed was comfortable and felt clean, and the additional seating was a nice touch. In all, id definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a nice place to stay just out of the main city!

It's like having your own private beach. Not crowded, condo was very clean, oceanfront views were amazing.

We loved our stay, the home was beautiful, spacious, and SO close to the beach. The crow's nest on the roof was amazing and was such a great place to escape. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful beaches, and amazing hosts!!

The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. The location is facing the beach with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. Access to the beach itself was very easy— a primary consideration for one of our party with limited mobility. We appreciated the recycling, limited use of plastics, and eco supply of body wash in the bathrooms. Instructions were clear and everything was beautifully organized. We really enjoyed our time here.

If you like being right on the beach, this place is for you. Beautiful moon scapes at night. Very quiet area of the island.

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Mira-Mar's vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was cheaper than a hotel room and you’re right in the downtown area within walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. It was spacious and clean. It was also way cheaper than getting a room at a B&B or hotel. We will definitely be back with the kids next time we head to New Bern.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Loved this spot! Close to the water with a great view, easy access to restaurants and parks. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Wilmington!

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights over Memorial weekend at Shelley’s place It’s perfect for 2 people and maybe a small family for a peaceful family time Unfortunately weather wasn’t the best but advantage of ocean front on 3 rd floor with an excellent view made for it Apartment is tasteful decorated, comfortable, clean and homey, has everything you need including beach attire, easy parking, pool, playground, outside grills Shelley is very friendly and easy approachable, thank you We are very picky eaters and found no great restaurants in a whole Topsell beach area , so I recommend to bring food you like and beverages and enjoy it at her apartment with oceanfront views 😀

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Complex had several pools and a jacuzzi, restaurant off the lobby. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend her condo.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Robyn’s condo. It is spacious, clean and the perfect location. We loved the convenience of the beach and being in a quieter setting but still being close enough to restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. We loved having the front and back deck and all the beautiful views. Thanks Robyn for sharing your home with us!

Had an excellent stay in an awesome place! Julie has all instructions and suggested activities organized in handy folders that go above and beyond! Super clean and quiet! I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect… close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful!

This place was wonderful. Everything Jennifer described plus more. The best vacation yet. We loved it so much planning to get it again next year. Jennifer was the best host. Every message I sent, she responded immediately. If this place isn't available, I will be definitely looking for any places that Jennifer is associated with. It was a great week. !

The condo was super clean. Located very close to the indoor/outdoor pool and just a short walk to the beach. Son and daughter-in-law stayed the night on the fold out couch queen bed and said it was comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place. Comfortable even with two large teens. Topsail is amazing, as always. Loved the view. Except for the nonfunctioning pull out bed (could not be slept on), everything else was amazing.
