Holiday rentals with beach access in Jaco

David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay week long stay. But the real highlight? The pool! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location was ideal—just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. And the host? Absolutely amazing. Super responsive and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making your stay perfect. We’re already planning our return!

We had a great stay in Jaco! The space was very comfortable—the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bathrooms were spotless. The security staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made us feel even more at ease. The walk to the beach was super short and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

This is the second time staying in this unit because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious with nice decor and lovely views. The building is also very nice and in a great location on beach with beautiful pool and landscaping and is also very secure. The price was also very reasonable for such nice accommodations. Will stay here again if visiting Jaco.

A cozy place and excellent service from the manager

Very responsive host. Easy checkin. One of the best features is you do not have to worry about your car at all. It is in a private gated community with a 24/7 guard. It is not right in the center of Jaco where all the loud and noisy bars are but it’s close enough to easily walk to them if you wanted to. Right across the street is a liquor store and there is also a coffee shop in the same block. A grocery store as well. Very well located.

This place was amazing! We have stayed in hermosa many times and love the area. This trip we traveled with 6 couples and a few kids and had plenty of space. The open area common area is big enough for everyone and having the pool was amazing. We truly appreciated the daily maid service and the recommendation for a private chef was incredible. Liza cooked us 5 breakfasts and 3 dinners and all were spectacular, on time, and had plenty of food for everyone (always had leftovers). Not having to waste time grocery shopping or doing dishes was a huge plus! For anyone who may book her just a heads up that the expectation is to pay for groceries after each meal (she provides receipt) and then you’ll pay the service charge at the last meal (it’s very reasonable). It was a little tough for us to communicate so took us some time to put that info together. Figured it’d help someone else! 10000% want to come back and stay here.

Great location, a short walk from the beach. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Maud is a very considerate and accommodating host.

Everything was perfect! The location and the house all met our expectations. Danny & the team were always kind and approachable. When we found that wasps were building a nest at the house, the team was there within an hour and the issue was resolved immediately. The pool was clean and in the best condition. We had the best vacation and would be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants was easy and always full of adventures. The backyard is an oasis where you never knew what to find. We watched groups of monkeys hang out. A sloth chill for the day. Macaws 🦜 fly by and endless amounts of hummingbirds feed on the foliage around. It was such a peaceful yet convenient location that made us not want to leave.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

I had an excellent stay in this apartment in Playa Jacó. The place is very quiet, perfect for resting, and is well located to enjoy the beach without the hustle and bustle. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the price was fair for everything it offered. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

This is a perfect place for our group of seven. Awesome and beautiful place. Brittany was great, very responsive and very helpful.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We had a great stay here. There was an initial issue but the host did what they could to resolve it right away. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying here again.
