Holiday rentals with a patio in Jaco

We enjoyed a very lovely stay! The condo is open and bright, with impeccable furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your time in Jaco. We were actually greeted by the host and she had fresh fruit for us and even a delicious chocolate cake! Wow! What a special surprise! In addition, we were provided with delicious ground coffee, which went very well with the chocolate cake and made for energetic and happy mornings before we set off on our various journeys. The swimming pool is very large and unique, a great way to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. We definitely recommend the condo to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Jaco.

We booked this Airbnb for a week-long girls trip, and it exceeded all of our expectations! There were five of us in our twenties, and we felt incredibly safe and comfortable the entire stay. The location of this beachfront luxury condo was absolutely perfect — everything in Jaco was easily accessible and simple to navigate from here. The condo itself was spotless, quiet at night, and thoughtfully laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus there was a convenient half bath in the living area. The pool was beautiful, and having the ocean right outside our door was just amazing. Security was top-notch, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. David even provided us with a list of great restaurant recommendations and fun excursions — they truly thought of everything! If you’re visiting Jaco, Costa Rica, don’t hesitate to book this place — whether it’s with your girls or your family. Thank you again to David for the amazing hospitality!

An excellent place to stay at Jaco Beach. The condo was updated and clean when arrived . Victoria communicated well on the process of checking-in and gave a wealth of information on what to do. I love the view from the rooftop that shows a bird eyes view of the coast. I highly recommend this place.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Very grateful to Thomas, he was always attentive and communicative during our stay. Very nice place with a nice view and central, the amenities of the building are in very good condition and very useful too, in short we would stay in this apartment again.

Amy’s place was perfect for us. The location was very nice and private, close to restaurants and close enough to many attractions. We loved the pool and enjoyed it as much as we could. Amy was very proactive, she gave us many good recommendations, checked in on us many times and overall was very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

The house is beautiful,

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Our stay was great. Felt right at home. Had all the amenities listed. Some extra blankets would’ve been great but besides that everything was amazing. Pool and mini golf was a fantastic amenity though you do have to make a reservation for mini golf. Brian was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the small pool—it was perfect for relaxing—and having a washer and dryer made things so convenient during our trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. A beautiful house! With very nice details in sight, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Super close to downtown, super safe, the pool is spectacular and she is an excellent host, very kind and diligent. We had a beautiful trip full of peace and tranquility.

I have stayed at Cassie’s place multiple times and there is a reason I keep coming back for extended stays. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the amenities are incredible. Her kitchen is super well outfitted with anything you could need and they poolside grill is perfect. I really couldn’t recommend this place or this host more highly.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

It was perfect for vacation with a group of friends!!

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We appreciate the weekend stay at the Jaco Bay and Don Ricardo Condominium, as we felt at home, a very nice, safe, quiet, organized, accessible and central place. I recommend it for your holidays, we have no complaints.

I had the most pleasant stay at Jaco Bay. The Airbnb looked just like the photos, and don’t get me started on the beds in the bedrooms. They were so comfortable. The concierge, Jasmin was so helpful in setting up transportation to/from the airport, setting up tours, or even providing a list of local restaurants. That made the experience much more enjoyable. I truly will love to come back solely based off the way I was treated!
