Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Jaco

this place was stunning ! had more than what you need. the view, the amenities and lots of of space. one thing to note, it's a condo building with no front desk. the North tower elevators are near the front security gates. was a little tricky for us to find. I had one of my guests arrive later and he ended up having to take the stairs. just a heads up ! not a complaint

Kind owner / host. The location is for people who want to be party, be in the nightlife, and don't mind music till late. The balcony is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The AC was crisp.

Rocío helped us super fast even though we made an early booking everything was ready, the place is super clean and you manage to find everything you need to have a good stay. The place we had had a pool table that gave us a super entertaining evening, we also had access to the pool of the complex that has saved us from the strong jacó heat. It will undoubtedly be my first choice on my next visits to Jacó.

Another fun stay here! You can't ask for a better location in the center of Jacó. This is a very lively area, so if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

I loved the accommodation; super cozy, everything was the same as the photos, the condominium has a very family atmosphere, my partner and I felt super comfortable. Everything was impeccable, clean and cared for. The hostess was very cordial, attentive and kind at all times, answered our questions and treated us very well, really excellent service. This place will undoubtedly be one of my favorites to return to, I recommend it 100%

Michael was an incredible host. He gave us bikes to get around, helped us with local activities and surf lessons, and had fresh local fruit waiting for us when we arrived. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive. We are lucky we were able to stay at Michael's place.

Ahh man this place was amazing. The breath taking view of the ocean and the privacy was took us to another realm. Jaime is a perfect who offered many different places we could eat and see. We also had access to the pool if the other villas were not being used. The outside shower was great as well as the jacuzzi. This place is picture perfect from the time you arrive through the big open gates and drive up the steep hill to the Villas. We’d definitely book this place again. The only down part is if you are not using the Wi-Fi the connection sucks bad… (which our host was very informative of) and be aware of the bugs there will be plenty🤣

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Very large condo with large open area. Well equipped and functional. Beautiful views of the garden and pool, we observed a lot of birds. Safe and close to restaurants.
